Outstanding Customer Service. One of the machines didn't dispense my item. I was charged twice. I called and reported it. 45 minutes later the technician Chandra arrived i mentioned it to him & he quickly took care of me & minutes later I received an email from the company wanting to help me with my refund. Already handled but WOW what a quick response. I've never had such a fast response on vending machine issue. Awesome job guys!
I decided on Peak for my company's market and vending. The installation was quick & easy. Minor issues were fixed quickly. The entire set up is beautiful & well organized. The food/drinks are always well stocked, fresh & delicious. The feedback from employees has been very favorable! The team at Peak is very responsive to my questions/feedback/needs.
I am extremely impressed with the level of service I have received from Peak Refreshments. No matter what I need, be it supplies, service, or just a question, Jen is quick to reply or get me connected with the correct person. Aiden gets service techs dispatched within the hour, every time!
