Worst customer service/terms and conditions I've ever experienced. I canceled my subscription due to the expense shortly after I opened up the account. I did so via the app. Although it stated on my end that the account was successfully canceled, that was apparently NOT the case. Not only did they REFUSE to give me a refund, they did so prior to the box even shipping (and wasn't set to ship for another 4 days). Wish I could give 0 stars. They require your credit card information prior to even seeing if you would be interested in the food. They advertise gluten free options but only 3 options per week out of over 24 were actually gluten free. When you attempt to cancel after finding out how terrible the menu is, they will tell you it's not possible.
