When I arrived on News Years Eve to pick up my food the guy at the desk was forced to temporarily close the place in order to get a computer problem fixed. He actually let me wait inside while being on the phone with their IT department, and I left him alone because the more time he talks to those people the quicker all our problems get fixed. He got it fixed in a timely manner, I got my food, and my evening was great because we were not hungry. As a side note I would have...

The delivery guy didn't speak English. He also didn't have any change and I was paying cash. So, I was forced to tip him either $1 or $20. Went with $20 so, that was annoying. Be prepared!!! Also they charged me for an extra pizza I didn't want or need. Didn't notice till after he left. Oh well.
