I've eaten at this place perhaps four times in the last 2 years. Each time, the service has been incredibly slow. I've been told that they've been short-handed, or they're out of chicken (seriously? At KFC? Tell me that when I order, then, not 15 minutes later.) or the screen ordering system is malfunctioning. In any event, avoid this place, unless you want to take a long lunch break. Yes, occasionally I fall into the trap of not wanting to shop and cook. Drive-thru seems so easy sometimes and I keep hoping they will get it right this time. Well, last evening - - it was 5:30 and nothing had been planned for dinner. We were going to have 5 hungry folks all expecting to have a scrumptious dinner waiting when they arrived.
