Ordered a pizza and it took them over 40 minutes just to make it. My uber delivery driver had to wait that time for the order. Their customer service is sorry and their food left a lot to be desired. Pizza Hut is trash. I’ll keep ordering from these local shops of even papa John’s.

Walked in had my order confirmation an I paid the GM is rude an very unhelpful she said it was pose to be at another store even tho i showed her my confirmation an all will never come back an the floor is dirty an counter tops

The people who are on here complaining about the delivery issues aren't realizing that this has NOTHING to do with the workers or management here. The workers are not responsible for DoorDashers taking orders. Once you order delivery it is out of their hands. It is a corporate decision that they can't do anything about. So if you want to complain you need to do it with corporate. Secondly, I've been at this location in person several times for ordering and can hear how extremely rude customers in this area are on the phone. If you want respect you need to give respect. Just because someone is taking your order does not mean they are beneath you. Stop acting like it.
Finally; the new manager that is name Debra? Donna? Donnalee? She is the rudest, most disrespectful person I have ever seen. Not only does she ignore and talk down to customers, but she degrades and berates her staff in front of customers. This is the type of professional you want running your company? Do better.

Paid $40 for a large Supreme, with delivery and tip. What a rip-off. Pizza Hut has definitely lost their way. I have eaten a zillion Pizza Hut pizzas, but this last one was disgusting─ and I don't use that term lightly.
Whoever the manager is that answered the phone. I was nice to you and you were as rude as ever. The door dasher that yall had deliver my order did not knock on the door cause it was the wrong door. On top of that you are trying to argue with me that it says a private address instead of an apartment when the option on the app to add your address doesn’t state anywhere that it’s a private address. I have better customer service than you and I’m a debt collector. There should be no reason you have an attitude when I’m just trying to reorder my pizza. It isn’t even hard to find my address.

This pizza looked like it was carefully prepared, all the toppings were uniform it was probably the best looking pizza I've ever got from anywhere and it tasted even better!! You can tell this employee takes pride in his work!!
