Just use any other pizza place.My first experience with this store: their doordasher (because i guess they cant hire drivers anymore), gets lost for 20 minutes and my food is completely cold, didn't seem like they even had a keep-warm bag.Second experience, i got a credit on my account because they tuined my first order, but the only way to use the credit is to call the store. I call multiple times and end up on hold until it is transfered to a call center who can not assist me with the credit on the account. (I worked pizza for 6 years and am miserable with the fact that this is the only pizza hut in my delivery range.)(Call center transfered me to a supervisor who never picked up)

Very bad experience! They Uesd door dash to deliver our food she couldn't understand plain English. Couldn't read the neighborhood street signs couldn't find our place. And didn't want to refund our money! If you must have pizza hut GO GET IT !!!! BECAUSE THEY CAN'T DELIVER !!

At this location the other time when I ordered my food was great. This time I never received it and instead of being understanding the worker blamed me for their mistakes and was not helpful. I don’t recommend spending your money here they don’t value their customers.

Lo Keys is completely correct... I'm only giving this freaking place 1 stars 'cause 0 stars ain't an option... 2 hours for delivery when it was originally 45 min... Corporate should really look at revoking y'all's franchise because even your customer service on the phone and in person are atrocious, plus both my pizzas were supposed to be cheese filed crust and they were plain hand tossed... Looks like I'll be using a local place or anywhere but here in the future.

They often forget items like marinara and sauces. Hand tossed is really like a thin crust. They are friendly enough, but pizza hut just isn't want It used to be.

Doesn’t It suck when you work a hard day and all you want at the end is a pizza, So you order a pizza and get the worst possible service ever? Well that’s this location. Got the wrong pizza called the restaurant to have it fixed they told me “call the dasher who they used for the delivery” told them I already did that and they were only given that pizza. Manager said she would give me a refund but read off someone else’s card number to me like full number and security code. Tried to tell them that was the wrong card and the manager caught and attitude with me and hung up. Tried to call back to get refund put onto correct card and they would laugh and hang up the phone when I called. So guess I just paid $30 for a small cheese pizza. Listen to the reviews don’t go here

Called the store 10 times trying to reach someone regarding my order and no one cared to answer! As someone who works in fast food I don’t think it’s that hard to satisfy customers, or give them the RIGHT order. Choose any other location besides this one.
