“The last time I came here, I ordered a 10 piece leg and thigh and got 2 thighs with 8 chicken wing sized drumsticks. I was livid, but I still love Popeyes, and went again to get another 10piece. This time I said I wanted half and half. They obliged and gave me what I wanted, and to my surprise they were normal sized. Maybe they were just having a bad day the other time.“

“Luis is such an amazing person, his dedication and kindness along with customer service just makes me want to come to this location .
I'd drive farther to get to this location just to have my food made right with kindness, good energy and in a timely manner.
I don't even eat fried chicken all the time but I definitely come HERE whenever I'm craving fried chicken 😋 .“

“I’m only giving this five stars because Chick-fil-A is trash. I’ve always been team Popeyes, but this last order I recently received is garbage. The boneless wings were stale and had no sauce, the mac & cheese look like it was days old, and then my spicy chicken sandwich didn’t have any spicy sauce on it. Five stars but figure it out. The store on Parker Road makes you look like a gas station right now“

“It's a mall so don't expect anything more than that for environment, but I don't really care about that. We did an online order after I was released from the hospital post walk in procedure. Maps was wrong with which parking lot to park in so by the time we walked up there, it was ready to go. Great! I had a tender on the way to the car which was perfect. We got home with the food about 20 minutes later and it was still awesome. Not a single complaint with it! I'd definitely eat there again.The only negative was the sauces we ordered were not there and there were other ones in their place that neither of us desired. Not a big deal... Unless you're a Karen and get easily angry, this place is good.

Parking: Google Maps will take you to the lower parking lot. Go to the upper one just to the left of the lower one. It's a mall so lots of parking.“
