Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Ordered ahead online after a long day, and still ended up waiting over 20 minutes after the time it was expected to be done. Hostess said that she believed my order was almost done, and then instead of going to get my order she went out through the back and came back in through the front door with a kitchen worker, and made me continue to wait for my order. Once I finally received my food I made the mistake of waiting until i got home to check the order. Missing paid extras from 2 burgers on my order and garlic fries weren't in my order either. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because the food wasn't terrible, but this was an awful experience.

We went to celebrate my husbands birthday and the waiter was horrible kept forgetting everything but wouldn’t forget to be on his phone he kept saying yeah I got you I got you we asked 5 times for the birthday dessert never came so unprofessional for what I paid for the food wasn’t happy at all with the way the service was mind you the restaurant was literally empty instead there cleaning tables horrible service

The Service was Horrible and I can't believe they can charge $17 for a 1/4 pound Burger!!!! Hail Every other Burger Place out there! Red Robin SUCKS!!!

The Manager Scott claims that he didn’t get a catering order until a half hour after it was supposed to be delivered. And then tried to just CANCEL THE ORDER ALL TOGETHER. AFTER IT WAS CONFIRMED AND AFTER IT WAS A HALF HOUR LATE. He was in no hurry to help me figure out how to get food for 20 clients that were counting on lunch. It was an infuriating situation and cost me a huge business account because I spent the entire time trying to troubleshoot a problem that shouldn’t have been mine! Terrible customer service experience. This location is not prepared for catering orders.

Every single time I order from this place they overcharge me for basic necessities and profoundly under deliver. If they even give me the right food.

Great spot for a random lunch if you can spare 30-45 mins. Got in right around opening and it was quick to get in and out. Ordered the Burning Love burger and my acquaintance got the Jalapeño Heartburn. Both were really good burgers but not as spicy as they made it to be. Recommended spot for a great burger and bottomless fries. Always have the games on so that’s no issue.
