After having great food and service at a RR store across town a couple of weeks ago, a friend and I decided stop here for a quick burger last Tuesday. The burger was at best only okay and the service was terrible. Without going into all the details, I will shorten this to say we didn't get our drinks (and not the drinks we originally ordered) until 10 minutes after we finished our burgers and fries. I will say, that after complaining, the manager eventually came over and graciously told us that our meal and drinks were on the house. This is the only reason why I am giving 2 stars in my review.

The food was classic Red Robin but the service is what made my night! My server DJ was absolutely fantastic, he was so warm and friendly and made sure I was checked on and doing okay throughout my meal, and everything came out in a timely manner! Give that man a raise!!

First visit to RR in Colorado. Good service, good food. I would not say awesome. The fries brought out before our meal were cold. Onion rings were good. Cheeseburgers were cold. My cheese was not melted. Radio was a bit loud.

We were here today during lunch wasn’t to busy. But our sever Chloe was absolutely terrible. She never refilled our drinks they sat empty the whole time we ate and before we ate. She didn’t refill our fries. And when our food came out and it was wrong she never came back to our table after us asking to get it fixed. We asked for plates for our food she never brought them. We asked another server. Then 10 min later the manager came out with plates that we asked someone else for. Then he just walked away. Very terrible customer service don’t get her as your server.

Ordered my pizza to-go, it was ready by the time I arrived.
As Columbus native, I can say this location is making Donatos pizza the way it was meant to be made. I'm traveling all around the country & when I can, I make sure to test out that Red Robins is making the Donatos pizza up to standard.
I've had some pizzas that were embarrassing to the name and needed report to corporate. This location did exceptionally well. A+

They suck at there job I left to get another order I had and they let someone take the order without even making sure the order was for them after I had waited for the order for about 15 minutes

Their dessert selection keeps me coming back.
