Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The Manager Scott claims that he didn’t get a catering order until a half hour after it was supposed to be delivered. And then tried to just CANCEL THE ORDER ALL TOGETHER. AFTER IT WAS CONFIRMED AND AFTER IT WAS A HALF HOUR LATE. He was in no hurry to help me figure out how to get food for 20 clients that were counting on lunch. It was an infuriating situation and cost me a huge business account because I spent the entire time trying to troubleshoot a problem that shouldn’t have been mine! Terrible customer service experience. This location is not prepared for catering orders.

Every single time I order from this place they overcharge me for basic necessities and profoundly under deliver. If they even give me the right food.

Great spot for a random lunch if you can spare 30-45 mins. Got in right around opening and it was quick to get in and out. Ordered the Burning Love burger and my acquaintance got the Jalapeño Heartburn. Both were really good burgers but not as spicy as they made it to be. Recommended spot for a great burger and bottomless fries. Always have the games on so that’s no issue.

They sat us in the back corner and then forgot about us for almost 30 mins, then took forever to get our order, and gave up on us far before we finished eating, no refills, no checking on us till I was about ready to toss some cash on the table and leave... I wouldn't recommend this location to my enemies... would give 0 stars if possible!

Tammy (our server) is incredible! Her knowledge of the menu, quick alternative options to make items allergy friendly, and overall kindness made our Christmas Eve meal a delight. The kiddos love the video consoles on the tables, and we all are huge fans of the bottomless fries. Southwest salad, Whiskey River BBQ Burger, and Salmon are all winners. We’ll be back if my Brother-in-Law has anything to say about it!

First time being here & it was delicious. I don’t need to explain it much. Atmosphere was … a lot of kiddos running around & extra large party at that time but the food was excellent.
Y'all their ranch though was delicious! Get extra if you can👏🏼😆

Vegetarian options: There’s a bottom section for you in the menu.

Dietary restrictions: I don’t have a dietary restriction however, if asked nicely, I am sure they will honor that for anyone. You can always ask to sub or replace, know what I mean?
