Every department was fully stocked, clean, organized and the store looked fantastic! There were great digital deals and the music made for an enjoyable visit after a very busy work day. What a disappointment. LIving close to this Safeway (walkable distance) is certainly convenient but today might be my last visit. I attempted to order a deli tray but the person in the deli was either clueless or didn't want to be bothered. Just kept telling me to order 48hrs in advance and that I had to order online--my only option. Surly service and temperament for sure. And the wrong information. Good thing the deli person at E Yale and Monaco was helpful because they got my order.

I have such a love/hate relationship with this place, for a few reasons. It's super close, which is nice, generally clean and not overwhelmingly busy, but the employees here are extremely rude. Like not customer service oriented at all, in any form. Long waits for deli and hardly ever any food available, cashiers are short and not friendly. I'm hopeful for better service in the future, as this is my main Safeway and I want to support.

I have shop here for years. I live in Denver but drive here. The staff is great manager knows the patrons. It is a welcome change in this day and age. Sometimes missing products but I blame the Biden admin. This is NOT the only store that has those issues look around before judging

Don't waste your gas and pay more take your time screen shot the clipped coupons and make sure to double check your reciept so Safeway don't make extra cash off your dime items are not always changed and checkers don't know what's on sale and don't rush to get out the store to find you need to waste gas to have to return and get the 15 extra bucks you were charged the checkers ignore what's on sale and if the drawl is over Safeway don't care just adds to that 10,000 us bonus check meat packs for those on a fix income has a huge sticker 19.99 trays are smaller and a huge sticker mind you any 4 for 19.99 the checker is gonna ring up each pack instead of charging for four teys 19.99 they are smaller but if your single ot will stretch if you are smart shopper

I wandered looking for my last two items for dinner for twenty minutes and when I asked for help, the cashier shrugged her shoulders and looked away and the woman in the deli held her hand up and said she couldn't speak to me until she was done slicing her customer's meat. The person behind the help desk said she wasn't sure and she and another cashier sent me in the wrong direction. Miserable experience.

Second time this week I've stopped in for gas and only been able to pump premium unleaded as none of the other lights came on when I confronted the store manager about it she said that sometimes the buttons stick and offered to reset when I had already started pumping gas I called the store manager Dan and he said he would address itI told him that's what the other manager that I spoke to on Monday said but here we are again I guess I'll have to ask the attendance if there's gasoline other than premium in their tanks so I can go somewhere else I will probably just take my business to another store thank you Dan for resolving the issue not

Not too bad of a shopping experience. It was clean and organized. Like any Safeway, you have to watch the posted price vs the ring up price but they will take care of it once you call them out on it.

I don't recommend THIS Safeway. one shopping trip, 7 items purchased. Two items moldy within a day. Vegan pot stickers from Produce and sliced lemon pound cake from Bakery. Never again.
