SC Bakery is a cozy neighborhood gem and the best bakery in town, considered a new happy place by many. It opens on Friday and Saturday most weeks and is worth a drive from Colorado Springs. The assortment is amazing, with an incredible selection of different kinds of pastries, from fruity to chocolate. Everything tried is great, incredible, and heavenly, from mini quiches and a bacon one to sticky buns, almond croissants, peach tarts, and apple crumb swirl pastries. The cupcakes are also beautifully delicious. They even offer homemade doggy treats. Every piece melts in your mouth. The owners and staff are friendly, welcoming, and personal with their community, greeting everyone with a smile and superior customer service. They are enthusiastic, sweet, kind, and hospitable, clearly putting lots of love into their craft. People come back and highly recommend trying everything, as once you try one thing, you'll want to try it all.
