Big mistake stopping by this location. The food i was given was disgusting, over cooked and way too salty. on top of that I asked for 5 FREE sauces and received 1. Employees act like every FREE sauce they hand out is directly deducted from their paycheck. Stay away from this location!

Terrible drive through. Inept workers. Could see 3 employees passing around a cell phone while people were waiting for food and drinks. Got my order wrong. Ended up reordering. Seems like there is a problem taking cash. Maybe an abacus is needed.

Drive through employees barely speak English and then get aggressive with you when you say your order was wrong, because they likely didn’t understand. Then when I went back through to get what I ordered for a second time I could tell they sabotaged my order - uncooked hotdog, and vanilla ice cream when I asked for Oreo. Then she slammed the window on me when I was confused. Maybe she was going through something but that was crazy. I will not be coming back ever.

Here right now as 1050pm they are suppose to close at 11pm but they’re closed already lights off. Disappointing driving here and wasting gas.

It can get crowded but using a drive-up stall brought quick service of excellent food during a very busy lunch time frame 😀. The servers are friendly and accommodating. _Please_ tip! They work harder than it looks to bring that food to you with a smile 😃.

Always a wait even if you use check in. Application never works. If you don't use app you pay more. Ice cream was completely melted by the time I got it

Today my wife, our two grandkids, and I stopped by the Sonic on East Smoky Hill Road to grab a couple of chocolate shakes and burgers. We went through the drive-thru, and during our visit, my granddaughter said she needed to use the restroom. When we asked, the manager told us they don't have public restrooms—despite the fact that before the pandemic, they did allow customers to use them.

I also asked if we could get a small cup of water for my granddaughter, and they said they’d have to charge us for it. I’ve never been to another fast-food place that charges for a small glass of water—it was just one more example of poor service.

When I pointed out that other nearby Sonic locations (like the ones on East Hampden and East Iliff) allow restroom access, the manager told me, “Well, why don’t you go there then?”—completely rude and unprofessional.

Looking at the Google reviews, I see we’re not alone. This location has many 1-star reviews, and it’s easy to see why. Ever since COVID, they’ve used it as an excuse to deny basic customer service—and clearly, nothing has changed. We gave them another chance today and regret it. We won’t be back, and I recommend anyone reading this avoid this location entirely.

Just got my food and left noticed my food was cold and turned around when I told the guy at the window he didn’t understand what I was saying. He took my food back and came back later with the same food that he put into a microwave. Just remake the food man why would you think that’s okay and then treat your customer like they are wrong?

Pull up at 7:06 because they open at 7. Try to order breakfast, no one was working apparently. Why say you are open at 7 and not have anyone working? Great customer service.

Got chips instead of fries... ate my meal, went back, and asked for a refund on my chip fries... Antonio refused the refund and offered a fresh batch of fries. I said I already ate my meal and now don't want fries by themselves and asked to speak with the manager, Fedric, who never said a word to me, told Antonio we can't give a refund because you order a meal gave me 1-866-657-6642 for customer service WHICH DOESN'T HELP drive through orders only online and referred me back to the store... so my next visit, Antonio, was working and asked him if he would like to make a wrong a right, he didn't remember me from 6 days ago, so I explained and then he remembered and said that's what we offered last time... NO, YOU OFFERED TO RE MAKE MY FRIES.... NOT GIVE ME A CREDIT... SO ALL THIS FOR $1.10 FRIES.... ALSO, THE 1st time I called the number was told someone would contact me in 24 to 48 hours, which never happened, and when I called back, I was told that they don't help drive through... GET IT TOGETHER SONIC... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...
