Just got my food and left noticed my food was cold and turned around when I told the guy at the window he didn’t understand what I was saying. He took my food back and came back later with the same food that he put into a microwave. Just remake the food man why would you think that’s okay and then treat your customer like they are wrong?

Pull up at 7:06 because they open at 7. Try to order breakfast, no one was working apparently. Why say you are open at 7 and not have anyone working? Great customer service.

Got chips instead of fries... ate my meal, went back, and asked for a refund on my chip fries... Antonio refused the refund and offered a fresh batch of fries. I said I already ate my meal and now don't want fries by themselves and asked to speak with the manager, Fedric, who never said a word to me, told Antonio we can't give a refund because you order a meal gave me 1-866-657-6642 for customer service WHICH DOESN'T HELP drive through orders only online and referred me back to the store... so my next visit, Antonio, was working and asked him if he would like to make a wrong a right, he didn't remember me from 6 days ago, so I explained and then he remembered and said that's what we offered last time... NO, YOU OFFERED TO RE MAKE MY FRIES.... NOT GIVE ME A CREDIT... SO ALL THIS FOR $1.10 FRIES.... ALSO, THE 1st time I called the number was told someone would contact me in 24 to 48 hours, which never happened, and when I called back, I was told that they don't help drive through... GET IT TOGETHER SONIC... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...

I've been trying to call, but for 30 minutes I can only get a busy signal, so this is the only way to tell you: we ordered a Sonic Blast with got fudge and Reese's. There was no whipped cream. Something in those 3 ingredients has gone sour, and tasted like sour milk. Not sure if it's the ingredients or the machine wasn't properly cleaned, but you need to fix it .
I would have loved to tell you verbally in a phone call, but your store isn't accepting them.
If you comment on this review, I'll happily take it down.

I enjoyed the food, but the tater tots were soggy and my bacon was burnt :( otherwise service was great and the area was clean and just like any other sonic.

Worst Sonic in the metro area, and I work off of Colfax. The one by Anschutz is even better and that’s saying something.
Today it was:
-asked for ketchup and they didnt include it, no big deal I get this one
-the queso bacon ranch fries, they decided to cover them in tomatoes and jalapeños. So if you’re ordering for a kid or can’t do jalapeños don’t waste your money here.
-mozzarella sticks without the marinara. I get forgetting extra ketchup packets but who eats plain mozzarella sticks? More wasted money. That item includes a sauce in the description; it’s not like I was asking for something extra.
There’s always something missing or wrong entirely and if you happen to check before driving off they’re mad if you ask for the missing/incorrect thing.

I went there twice in the evening. The first time my order was wrong ,as I came back through they told me that they were closed and did not offer to fix the order to make it right and didn't give me the time of day, said "we're closed" very rude! The second time I came by on my way home from work about 9:45 pm and pressed the button, the asked me to please be patient and wait, they were semi busy, I waited about 10 minutes maybe a little longer, I pressed the button again they asked me to wait again about another 15minutes as I seen people who got there after me getting their food ! I pressed the button again for the third time they had told me that they were closed and would not serve me anything as I seen five other people who got there after me receive their food and still I had not been helped! I waited for over 25 minutes and was never helped! Twice this has happened to me , very poor service, not even an apology or anything from this location! I even got out of my vehicle and walked to the service window and was denied service although I was there 20 minutes before closing!

Tried to get food from the drive through, employee was very unresponsive, slow to respond. When I requested for food, he didn't reply back, making me assume he didn't hear me, but he was rude when I asked if he was there. When I tried to complete my order, I saw the queso fries, requested those, and he claimed there wasn't any, as if it wasn't on the menu when it was. Flat out rude, unresponsive, and a gigantic waste of time. If you want Sonic, avoid this one and go to another location.

Never write reviews about a restaurant because I don’t want to possibly influence another customers opinion. But this right here is just unacceptable. Got a late snack last night around 11:30 and while I was eating, I had to pull out two strands of hair from my burger. So purpose for this review is - just do better so this doesn’t happen again to anyone else.
The recent good reviews with no actual verbiage must be either fakes or posted by customers without tastebuds. I'll never go to this or any Sonic again after tonight's experience. My boyfriend and I pulled into a stall, rolled down our windows, and were immediately greeted by a half-dozen flies; flies were a constant annoyance the entire time; it was pretty nasty. We placed our order without issue or significant wait, but the bag was missing an entire meal. Okay fine, mistakes happen, no big deal. The employee delivering our food had walked away by the time we discovered this, so we pressed the red order button to report the missing items and waited -- for ten minutes, at which point the ordering screen reset, without anyone ever acknowledging us. By this point we're aggravated. We get in the drive-thru line and wait another ten minutes until we can speak to a human. When we explain what happened, the Sonic employee SERIOUSLY asked if we'd "checked the bag." Really?! We roll up to the window and they finally give us our missing meal with the most perfunctory apology, and by forty minutes in we're eating $40 worth of Sonic "food," about which the best I can say is you probably won't be hungry anymore after eating it. I asked my boyfriend what he thought of his meal, and he replied, "Man, I'd have to be really drunk to enjoy this." So yeah, unless you're too wasted to care what you put in your face, eat elsewhere.
