I recently had a highly disappointing experience with the customer service at this establishment. I ordered a new beverage called an "Orange Cloudsicle Slush Float." Not knowing the exact name, I referred to it as "the orange cloudsicle drink." After a little more than a 5-minute wait without anyone saying anything, I received my food, but my drink was missing. When I inquired about it, the attendant LIZ closed the window without a word.

Facility was clean, employee outside spot sweeping, fresh tots, great experience. Until the loud overhead speaker saying "the place was live monitored... no loitering" then it felt like a ghetto, hood like atmosphere. In the 4 years I've been going to this location, I've never heard that until today. Unfortunate.

I haven't been a big Sonic person. I came to this Sonic, and started getting the Double Cheeseburger with Tater Tots and it is so good. What brings me back are the tater tots! They're so good! I hate to give them 3 stars for service because there is an employee there who has great customer service skills. However, they have their share of employees who are dull and rude. Overall, the food is good.
