The Starbucks at Quincy and Piccadilly consistently shines with the friendliness of their servers. We go about twice a month for a coffee-based treat, but the people are the standout reason to stop here!
The management and Baristas and shift supervisor are all so incredibly awesome and nice . They were trained really good. Jerome is the best manager. I've been going to Starbucks for 33 years never missed a day. I get the same drink. They know how to make it here the way that I like it. This location stands out to me. I have been to many Starbucks in many states and this one is exceptional. Customer service is so great. Recently after my Barista (Aaron) found out that my grandma passed away, his kindness and compassion made such a difference. I enjoy visiting this location when I am in town.
