I came in on 1/19 around 12pm to study since libraries were closed. We ordered 2 drinks and a sandwich. The lobby was clean and it wasn’t too busy. A barista was even nice enough to bring us are drinks and food. He was a bald middle height man, I cannot seem to remember his name but he was very kind and even when they were doing maintenance on the wifi he individually went to everyone in the lobby to inform them of it. It also warmed my heart on how he said good bye to a couple...
Shout out to RENE I believe his the manager and if his not he should great customer service, super helpful even after I ordered at the wrong store. Thank you so much for the help. We need more people like him.
It's a Starbucks. You kind of know what your getting. They get a 5 because a little kid spilled her drink outside. I saw it and made sure it was cool with her mom and brought her back it to buy one but after explaining the barista said, no, I will just make her another. Excellent folks. Come here.
