Subway provides excellent customer service, with staff being professional, pleasant, and efficient. Despite being short-staffed during lunch hours, the solo staff member handled orders and prepared food well. Orders are made to customer specifications, and the sandwiches are great-tasting. However, the location could improve by having more employees on hand and ensuring self-serve items are fully stocked.
