After a long day of travel I ended up at this store because I was staying at the hotel next door. I called in my order before walking over. Unfortunately, I totally ordered from the wrong store. The district manager happened to be there and she was tremendously patient and kind as we attempted to sort out the situation. All three staff present were professional, pleasant, and impressively efficient as they tended to the line of customers. Fantastic customer service all around!

The assistant manager I guess was working alone today. Not only did she tell everyone who came in it would be a 15-minute wait she told everyone the bread was stale. We waited 30 minutes for her to finish the bread, take the fresh bread out of the oven, and she still gave us the stale bread after putting all the fresh bread away. It was flaky and dry and tasted horrible. She said that she would give us a free cookie for my son because we waited so long, but she still charged us for a cookie. I think she might have had some serious mental issues. We double-checked with the bread because it looked horrible and she said it was still fresh. The tomatoes were soggy and disgusting so we skipped tomatoes on our sandwich. She said all of them were that way and tried to give them to us and we said no. While we were there three people left the store, we should have left too!!! This was most horrible experience I've ever had at a subway!!!

Got 3 sandwiches today .. didn't even ask for lettuce - it was brown ( should have been my first clue to walk out), but when I got home everything was not right and off tasting .. I'm guessing the worker didn't have cold temperatures right! From veggies to meat and cheese... Worst ever!!! We all tossed the food in fear of food poisoning! Tried to call and no one answered!

Subway is always a good alternative to most fast food. My last order at this location was taken, made, and paid to the same person during lunch hours. It appeared she was alone. The person preparing my food did a great job. However, I do believe this location should have more employees on hand ad items that are self seve were not stocked fully or nonexistent. I do not blame the server but the management staff for not having adequate staff during lunch hours.
Place is dirty and it’s basically a hoodloom older black guy is a thug and customer service is through the floors this place needs some Mexican workers so it can have better and faster

Here at 11:30am on a Thursday 2/22.The young lady here has zero manners and lacks any customer service skills.She makes you feel as if you’re bothering that you’re in the restaurant.She has a smart mouth attitude and would be better suited cleaning the bathroom not serving people.
The girl working by herself provided excellent service and created beautiful great tasting sandwiches. We ordered 2 12inch subs that were made just the way we asked.

Can you guys give your employees a raise.. it’s truly sad I came get something to eat, and I asked the guy how’s your night going ! And he said with an exhausted expression.. busy busy busy .. and I said well but that’s good cuz you don’t feel the time and he answer .. GOOD FOR SUBWAY OWNERs .. not for me .. so at this point .. I lost my appetite.. how can you enjoy a sandwich that was made for a person who is being treated like slave .. I’m sorry
