Subway is always a good alternative to most fast food. My last order at this location was taken, made, and paid to the same person during lunch hours. It appeared she was alone. The person preparing my food did a great job. However, I do believe this location should have more employees on hand ad items that are self seve were not stocked fully or nonexistent. I do not blame the server but the management staff for not having adequate staff during lunch hours.
Ah, Subway, a place where one ventures with cautious optimism, hoping to find solace in the simplicity of a well-crafted sandwich. Regrettably, this visit did not live up to the modest expectations.The service, much like a wilted lettuce leaf, lacked the crispness one desires. After a long day of travel I ended up at this store because I was staying at the hotel next door. I called in my order before walking over. Unfortunately, I totally ordered from the wrong store. The district manager happened to be there and she was tremendously patient and kind as we attempted to sort out the situation. All three staff present were professional, pleasant, and impressively efficient as they tended to the line of customers. Fantastic customer service all around!
