0 start if i could worst subway in Aurora don’t expect to come here and get treated nicely. These people are Very rude and get mad over anything. if you dont like working there then dont work at all

What's wrong with the ownership here? I go to subway all the time and I have never been to one this bad. Cant even use the bathrooms here

I've been coming here several times a month for about 6 years and this must be the most incompetently run restaurants I've ever experienced. Tonight was last straw with Derrick. I was ordering three footlongs when he mistakenly put a lot of the wrong sauce on two. I clearly said I only wanted it on the chicken but he was listening to music with one earbud and probably didn't hear me. Who wants sweet onion sauce on a tuna and spicy Italian? I politely asked that he start the two over but he told me that he would have to move me to the back of the line if I did. I said it made no sense for me to wait behind these other three people when he messed up, not me. He wouldn't budge and I so I asked for a refund, which he said he didn't know how to do. (Don't ever pay when they are toasting, I guess.) So I had to wait for him to make the other people's three sandwiches, but then as they were paying he gave me the refund. So I guess he lied?! Maddening! This store apparently can't find a halfway decent employee to stick around. Their turnover appears to be crazy. They consistently close up to 20 minutes early and open late because they aren't properly prepped from the night before. They used to have a lady who refused to not cut footlongs in half through the wrapping paper. I'm done with this place for good.

If I could give Zero stars I would! I would actually give a negative 5. Smh. I Had the worst experience here, I dont know the womans name but she was an african American, kinda skinny with little hair who claimed to own the store. Super rude & ghetto as ever. Customer service is not ideal to her clearly. Told us to leave because my son had been eating little ceasars pizza. Like Really? A two year old apparently has that much impact upon the stores business not making enough! ( Mind you we were going to buy more than $25 worth of food) Ha what a Joke, the real reason this place brings no business is the Employees themselves! Fix it

So today Wednesday March 13th I was entering the building obviously wanting to eat lunch. First thing I do when I eat lunch I wash my hands so I was making my way to the restrooms, and the manager quickly came screaming saying that I wasn't going to buy anything when she she didn't even ask. I take my hygiene very serious so i know she wasn't going to wash my hands for me. I am very disappointed with the management that she shows two clients like that. As a business owner I know for a fact that I wouldn't treat my customers like that.

I love Subways' usually; but this one; well it just sad. There seems to be a perennial either only one person working, new people, and high turnover make for entirely predictable poor attitude of staff and not surprisingly LONG WAIT to get sandwich. All of which adds up to AVOID.

Always have terrible service, usually there's only one person working especially past 5pm. Employees never seem to care or be motivated at all, they move at the speed of molasses in the winter. Everytime I go in past 5pm they're usually out of most of the meats for some reason (maybe the employees don't understand what they're supposed to be doing for prep or maintaining food stocks). There is either a management or employee issue going on here, I have gone multiple times as I live in the area but I have yet to be able to get a sandwich.
