Pan was limited but delicious.Please remember that people have to come to Denver area during the week to tend to business. My parents were from Guatemala, so this place is like a touch of family. I opened the packet of thick tortillas, thicker than you get at Mexican places, and immediately thought of mom. They came with my caldo de gallina, a deeply flavored and garlicky broth, with half an avocado and rice on the side, just like home. I wish the chicken breast on the side had been more moist, though.
