Extremely disappointing experience.
We walked in and waited around 10 minutes for someone to greet and seat us. Multiple servers walked by without acknowledging us at all. When we finally asked the staff at the bar, they simply said, "Wait if you want. If you don't want to wait, just go." Needless to say, we left. Unprofessional and rude—definitely won’t be coming back.
So delicious and amazing!!
If you are in love with Hayao Miyazaki, then you'll love this place. Beer, rolls, and lots of Miyazaki's film characters 💜
