This experience was so bad! The cup holder was not enough to carry even two drinks, they spilled everywhere! I found multiple hairs in my food and everything in the bag looked like a disaster! I expect better.

Well... I hardly know where to start the decline in restaurants is very sad when you go out to eat we are at the mercy of underpaid and overworked employees but surely the care for the food you feed your customers could be better. I almost always have more lettuce in my soft tacos then meat or anything. Sadly today tho the one thing that is almsot always fresh where ever u go is the fries. Well not this time or the last time. Unfortunately. Managers should be paying more attention to items in slow times. Specially to items that get mass made in rushes. So should longer term employees but fries that was so cold and hard damn near broke a tooth and thats a large In the picture with only 2 fries missing for damn near 4 dollars. That is sad.

So we ordered from DoorDash and wth. First the dude left the order so close to the door, we couldn't even open the door bc it would've knocked the food and drinks over so someone had to go out the back and around to the front. My Mexican Pizza was crushed. The chicken Nuggets were disgusting, burnt, definitely not fresh. The food got to us quickly so I'm unsure why everything was so cold.
It was five o’clock on Wednesday. I went through the drive through. Always a big mistake. I ordered two tacos two bean burritos and two chicken soft tacos. I did receive two tacos and two bean burritos. But no chicken tacos. Instead they were a beef soft taco on both. I know how it works in there. They have to be a very unintelligent person to make this mistake. And not caring about their job. I tried to call management but they hung up the phone with out answering it. I’m not sure if they do this on purpose or if it is just the intelligence of the employees. Either way the results were scary enough for me to write this. Please check your food at the window with this restaurant. They will not give what you ordered so maybe they can make it easier on themselves or they are actually stealing from the customer.

First I feel sorry for the workers. The manager at this place is rude as hell. She is rude to the workers and rude to the customers. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!! I worked at a Taco Bell before and if you don’t like people well maybe you shouldn’t work around customers. Speaking of working at a Taco Bell when did they start selling vegan tacos. Meaning I know what the scoops look like to put the meat in the tacos. Long story short. If you want tacos or burritos with more toppings and a hint of meat this is the place to go too.

Wish people were nicer and more courteous yrs ago. I am in customer service for yrs as a manager role. It takes nothing ro smile and be polite and respectful for the guest as well as employee. Management is to blame. Train better please
