Was very disappointed! We had been driving all day from Missouri and wanted to go to a nice sit down restaurant. When we arrived only about 6-8 people were waiting for a table. We were told by the host that it would be a 30-45 minute wait. After waiting for about 35 minutes we went to check to see how much longer. By this time there were about 25 people outside waiting. Great service. Amazing food
Came to Denver on business, and while the menu reads well, that is about the best there is about this place. If you are a steak restaurant and your claim is that you can cook a steak, a $40 steak, it should be cooked medium rare, not the opposite. The rest of the food tasted charred as well sadly. As for service, for a first-time waiter, I'm willing to grant a large leeway, but when you waste an additional 1.5 hours trying to give me a check, something is wrong.

Ted owns one of the largest Bison preserves, so they have great bison. Everything tried has been great.
