Talk about watching a burning ship go down in flames. Server Eric was doing his best to try and maintain being the only person on the floor taking tables. You could tell he was trying to maintain but, had absolutely no qualms throwing his kitchen team under the bus going so far as to even blame the kitchen for not having iced tea. Long story short, we ordered a cocktail, two kid entrees, two burgers and after 32 minutes didn't even so much as receive the iced tea. My children

First of all I posted this pic because the dish that i ordered for starters I though was an appetizer turned out to be a full meal which I think should have been obvious to the server that me and my wife really just wanted a light snack.it was a bucket of bones sounded light just a few pieces of chicken and ribs. It had this French fries under all that meat so they go soggy with hot sauce on them. So i was disapointed with that selection and the attitude of the waitress I will not put her on blast I just think she was totally inexperienced and didn't know any better. Over all I will return to TGIF again because have some pretty good food. Just need to simplify thier menu.

Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing. They were out of onion rings, the kids' meals were cold and a dessert on the kid's menu was no longer an option. However, the sweet potato fries were very good, we tried a new dessert that was also tasty. The kids meals were replaced with hot ones.

My wife and our son decided to try it out after school shopping on a Thursday night we ordered the dumplings they didn't have it so we ordered the bacon and chicken flatbread. Bread was still like dough the blue cheese was so strong you couldn't eat it.

TGI Fridays has unfortunately gone downhill quite a lot. We went there on two separate occasions recently and had bad service and underwhelming food both times. I do want to make it clear the service wasn't bad because of the wait staff. The service was bad because of the lack of wait staff. Our waitress was great. Unfortunately she had to do seemingly everything including serve every table in the dining area instead of having a section like most restaurants as well as seat everyone greet everyone and clean all the tables. Our waitress and the one bartender were the only two people visibly working in the front of the restaurant. It seems Fridays may be suffering financially if they're cutting down staff this much and sadly there staffing and food reflects this majorly. One of my friends had the same sort of experience a week after me. I will personally not be going back. I'm giving two stars not for the restaurant, that gets no stars. The stars are for the two people I saw working very hard. They each get a star.
Went in last night about 8pm. Place not busy at all. Orders our drinks we received them in plastic cups. Waitress said there were no clean cups. We ordered our food. 25 minutes later my husband's food arrives but not mine. She forgot to place my order. By the time my food arrived my husband was almost done with his. My husband asked for 1 more bread stick and manager stated we had to pay extra for a bread stick but didn't apologize for making me wait for 50 minutes for my food.

The serve was good but food was not so great. I ordered the Cancun chicken & shrimp pasta. The shrimp was under cooked. The overall dish was not good. We had to call for the manager to honor a drink order which she did with no problem. The good serve is why they were given a 3 star rating otherwise I would have rated lower.

Heard this place is under new management so wanted to give it a try... Had a great dinner there last night with my granddaughter. Wiskey Ribs, onion rings, coleslaw and a wonderful hot brownie/ice cream dessert. Our server (Bebe) was excellent.. attentive and personable. I was very pleased.

This place does not welcome big parties. Came here with a total of 16 people and the host fave us attitude for setting up our table. I would understand if they were busy but they werent. The only thing that was good about our experience was our waitress. She was pregnant and still was on top of the service. Other then that you're better off going elsewhere
