I am so disappointed that the alley was shut down just so that bloom tea and boba could take the spotlight. I would say that spotlight is not deserved because the croffle is half the size of the box, boba explodes when you shake it, the cream on top of the croffle is melted and so unpleasant looking, and the bread is so so salty that it overpowers everything making the bite not enjoyable. Very very sad to be honest.

The alley workers were so much better at making the croffles and boba... At bloom boba tea, my boba cover exploded when I shaked it, and my croffle looks half the size of the croffle in the window. But not only that, my crème brulle on top of my croffle was melted when I got it. When the alley was open, the workers always made sure everything was sealed correctly, they were much nicer, and the croffles were the same exact size as the croffle in the window. Bloom Boba Tea is honestly so disappointing.

Very slow. The two girls were nice, but they messed up the orders and only realized after we had been waiting for 30 minutes. The owner needs to employ another worker, two isn't enough. I won't come here again.

As someone who doesn’t like boba when I came into this shop I was met with great costumer service and thoughtful answers when it came to question about ingredients. I asked for their names so I could give a review it was Naomi and Niko and they were so funny and made boba enjoyable!
Naomi was amazing and very friendly. She really helped us choose what to order and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The owner is lucky to have her because she’s great with customers and makes everyone feel welcome. I would definitely come back again just because of how friendly and helpful she is.

I had walked in and I was already greeted with a “hello welcome in”, showing great customer service and attentive service skills from two young ladies. Specifically a tall African American girl with buns took my order, and she was incredible at her job. She took my order with a smile and prepared my drink in just a couple minutes. if you’re wondering what I got, it was the ube crème brûlée which was quiet literally heaven on earth. The perfect sweet treat, at the perfect shop. Perfect place to hang out and play games with friends Would definitely reccomend and I just know this is going to be my go to spot!
