Great place for pub Faire and drink. Absolutely a place I recommend for ye olde and authentic British food and drink. The menu has all the classics and rhe beers are a great match. Great cocktails, food and the staff amazing. This restaurant is located inside the Gaylord Rockies Resort and well worth the visit. I recommend the Bangers and Mash as well as the pie.

Great desert and love the ambiance. A must!

The fish and chips was delicious, as well as, the Pub burger. Loved the atmosphere and friendly staff. Laura, our server, was friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the menu and drinks. We will be back. Thank you.

Don ,the Italian guy,helped us a lot ,I asked a few questions about the hotel,and he was happy to answer them,he was very positive and friendly, we will definitely come back here,I especially loved the cottage pie,thank you.

Seeing reviews from one year ago on Yelp, I am disappointed to say nothing has improved much. The food was nothing to be impressed with. The highlight of the experience was our server Jacob attempting to argue with us when he got our order wrong. (Mind you, he did not write it down when he took our entire table’s order).

We had high hopes because the reviews looked promising, but we were disappointed. We started off with brown bread…it tasted sour like it had gone bad. We didn’t eat it. Told our server, he was sympathetic, but that was it.
Our kids all three HATED their burgers and didn’t eat but one bite each. Again, we told our server and he acted like he cared, but didn’t do anything further.
My husband’s and my meals were simply meh. Not bad enough to complain, but not good enough to finish. As 5 people who LOVE food, we were so disappointed.
Our server, Adam, was very attentive to our needs, but didn’t strive to make anything right as far as our underwhelming food experience.

Enjoyed this pub at the Rocky Mountain Gaylord. The burger was very good the drinks as expected and the service at the bar was great. Very friendly and prompt bartenders. The atmosphere is a fun pub vibe, not too loud.

Jessica and Josh were amazing! They made our experience so much more fun for their interactions! I can’t rave enough for the laughs and community they gave. Will definitely be back in the next month when i stay again. Thank you so much for making my night ❤️

Josh was amazing server!! Friendly, attentive and just a delight:) It’s the people that elevate the dining experience from good to great and Josh made the experience exceptional. The food was delicious. I ordered the Pub Burger and it was juicy and flavorful. The bacon jam…. Yummm!! I had been recommended the sticky toffee pudding and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere was relaxed and peaceful. 10/10 I would come here again!

I went to the Fortunate Propector on November 22, 2025, for dinner. I had fish and chips. The portions were large, two big pieces of cod in a flakey batter. Delicious. The fries were large-cut, thick and moist. The tea had a nice full bodied flavor. They also had some really delicious water. I know it sounds weird but it was some of the best water I have had. My server, Josh, was amazing! He was super friendly and attentive. We had some really good conversation about Denver and the food. It’s always nice to chat with someone who obviously loves what he does. I even shared my comments with the manager. It was a great experience and I highly recommend!!

Atmosphere and service was excellent. Fish and Chips meal however was overly greasy and the cod was very tough. Not at all what I expected.

Omg where do I even start?! Ambiance was perfect, drinks were refreshing, and service was good as well. Rueben sandwich, literally the best one I’ve ever had! They use a local bakery in Boulder and the bread had the most perfect crisp on the outside without being hard as rock like a typical rye bread can be and the cheese pull was magnificent! The bangers and mash, so delish and everything my wife was looking for! The gravy was like a mixture of brown gravy and French onion soup, so tasty! The curry chips appetizer was incredible as well, it’s a huge portion too. Don’t forget the warm sticky toffee pudding, my gosh the perfect ending! Highly recommend!

One of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. Brett K. is my fav bartender & loves it when people greet him by saying “How are ya now?” also he’s game for making obscure cocktails and concoctions. Such as the Spaghett, or the NASCAR Negroni. A refreshing delight - both the drink and Brett the man. Great vibes all around 11 out of 10. But seriously, this bar is severely underrated and slept on here at the Gaylord. When my coworkers and I come through a couple times per year, we love the food and the hospitality. Cheers.
