Ordered a double cheeseburger biggie bag, the burger, fries and nuggets were all old. Nothing was fresh. And the fountain drink from their freestyle machine tasted like some sorta cleaner was in the machine. Was not a good visit.
I placed an order at this Wendy’s through my mobile app. While placing the order something happened with the app and it refreshed after taking the money out of my bank account, but it kicked the order back and instead of sending it to the store to have it made (yes after the money was taken out of my account) It tried to make me to place the order again. Beverage machine in dining room was out of service. It must have been a slow day. Nobody was here. I the only customer. Staff was friendly and worked hard and efficienctly. Refills were prompt. I have no complaints. Restrooms were a tad sketchy. But overall I enjoyed my dine-in experience.
