I placed my order over the phone and the person who helped me gave very poor service as if she were doing me a favor. Her name is Lupe. I arrived for my order and she behaved very badly. I told her I wanted my lost wings and she said they didn't do that anymore when I've done it that way all the time. She didn't even explain the packages to me well and again, her name is Lupe.

Went to newly opened Tonawanda location for a pick up order we did online. Not only were the fingers cold, they didn’t pack our cheese fries! We didn’t realize it til we got home. I emailed them with no response. Very disappointed!

I ordered through the app and was able to walk over from my house. When I got there, it was only a few minutes of waiting until my order was ready. Not busy with only one other person coming in to place an order. Took my food home and ate it while watching a movie. I thought it tasted pretty good and I liked the seasoning that I got on my food. This place is nasty. Several food workers using bare hands to make food, specifically sauces. Small orders will have you waiting over 30 minutes. Food is overly greasy and just gross. Save yourself an heart attack and go somewhere else.
Went it for birthday food and Justin was amazing. He literally went above and beyond the call of duty. Promote the man now!!!!!!

Today I went to the restaurant at the Tooele location. I ordered an order of just a combo to eat in and they never delivered it to me. I waited 58 minutes and until I had to ask them to refund my money. After waiting so long, the manager took a long time to even make the refund. The fries were burnt. They gave preference to online orders. When I arrived there were no people, but waiting 58 minutes for them to give you the food plus 15 minutes to get your money back. I do not recommend it. The place is very poorly managed and has more than 20 employees and the manager standing there looking at everyone without taking action. Ufff, terrible. I saw orders with burnt fries. People complained about the cold food. Waiting so long and the food being cold is no way.
