Went in there Sunday around 7:30. The place was so dirty. The employees were talking so loud like it was party time. The wings your to exspensive for what you got. Will not go back.
If you like having your order screwed up every time then Wingstop 1388 is the store for you. Incompetence at every level. If you must have Wingstop store 1388, eat it there so they can hopefully correct it for you when they get it wrong. Seriously, get your wings from anywhere else and save yourself the frustration
Depending on the day and time service is good, food is cooked to my liking and all Wings are covered with sauce.

I was missing an order from the night before and Jesus fixed it the next day, called me earlier and made up for it. Excellent manager and appreciate the service made up for it in a big way

I ordered on a Monday night my food was ready. I got home a whole bag was missing. The food we did have was freezing cold and I had only ordered it online 15 minutes before. I am baffled how that happens. I’ve ordered Wingstop many times before and this was easily a top 3 worst food out experience in general. Also many of the boneless wings were the size of a quarter… and freezing cold, not lukewarm freezing.

French fries are horrible
The food is great but this is the second time that I order there and when I arrive to the restaurant they have me waiting more than 20 minutes even though I order ahead this is in Brownsville Texas by Southmost rd.
I placed my order over the phone and the person who helped me gave very poor service as if she were doing me a favor. Her name is Lupe. I arrived for my order and she behaved very badly. I told her I wanted my lost wings and she said they didn't do that anymore when I've done it that way all the time. She didn't even explain the packages to me well and again, her name is Lupe.

Went to newly opened Tonawanda location for a pick up order we did online. Not only were the fingers cold, they didn’t pack our cheese fries! We didn’t realize it til we got home. I emailed them with no response. Very disappointed!
I ordered online. App said my food would be ready. I got there, my order was not ready. I looked at the workers, not 1 person in there was wearing gloves.
I ordered through the app and was able to walk over from my house. When I got there, it was only a few minutes of waiting until my order was ready. Not busy with only one other person coming in to place an order. Took my food home and ate it while watching a movie. I thought it tasted pretty good and I liked the seasoning that I got on my food.

I literally crapped my pants here as soon as I ate my wings.
