My friends and I came here after work and had such a great time. Everything about the experience was fun and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The food was honestly so good, and we ended up enjoying every single dish we ordered.

The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, and they really helped make our first visit special. Since it was our first time trying different flavors of soju and rice wine, they patiently recommended drinks for us, which we really appreciated. It made the whole experience feel more personal and comfortable.

My personal favorites were the tteokbokki and the half jjambong and jjajangmyeon, so flavorful and satisfying!

Definitely a place I’d come back to with friends. Highly recommend!

I have been eating various dishes from Yong Gung for several years. Over the years, consistency of the food has gotten better. Chajangmyun, somewhat unique to Korean Chinese noodle dish, is as good any. The only thing lacking is that the noodle isn't hand stretched which gives a chewy texture. Otherwise it's great. Yong Gung's spicy dishes including, champong, dukpoki, hot wings and spicy shrimp are very hot and spicy. I ask these dishes made to be less spicy.

As the menu items suggest, Yong Gung isn't a typical Chinese restaurant. They serve Chinese food found in Korea to cater Korean palette. You must recalibrate the taste for Chinese food if you haven't tried this type of Chinese food before.

Bon Appetit.

Great foods. Love the 1/2 portions of Ja Jang Myeon and 1/2 portions of Jjam Bong. You get to taste both dishes at the same time. Friendly staffs.

Really tasty Korean food, and always happy to support local. Chicken and shrimp were both delicious, and our sever (possibly the owner) was really lovely and kind. Looking forward to going back and trying something new!

I tried the food here for the first time in a while. I had jjambong and sweet and sour pork, but the jjambong had more noodles compared to the amount of broth, and there were fewer seafood and vegetables, which was disappointing. Also, the sweet and sour pork was small portion compared to the price. As a tip, if you put sweet and sour pork in an for 420F 7 minutes in airfryer, it's crispy and delicious. The food was generally not bad.

I absolutely love the Kanpunggi here! It’s crispy, slightly sweet, and so memorable—it keeps me coming back. The owner is also incredibly kind and welcoming.

My go-to place for Jajangmyun and Jampong in the Denver area. I must say, Yong Gung is one of the best K-food spots in Denver. Try the Samsung Gan-jajang (삼선간짜장) if you’re a JJM lover — real JJM fans always order Gan-jajang. I also enjoy their specialty menu, like Chicken Ganpoongi (깐풍기). The food comes out quickly, making it a great spot for lunch or a Korean-style drinking night. Don’t go to Korea — just go to Yong Gung and save your $5,000 K-food trip. It’s so authentic and tasty.
