Probably the worst service I have ever seen. I had placed an order for pick up to be ready around 7:25. Still a decent time before closing and they cancelled my order right as I got there due to the fact that they had no crystal boba, or coconut jelly. No call or notice before I arrived, and when I decided to order again at the front, the barista was on his phone while taking my order and was not friendly or accommodating at all. Would not recommend this location!

Chicken wasn’t washed properly it gave a strange smell under the seasoning. My husband started feeling sick from the chicken .Drinks were good !

I remember coming in 30 minutes before closing…There were 2 other customers inside and surprisingly the orders were pretty fast and service was pretty nice. They asked and had their order in like 2 minutes!….I Asked for boba for one of my drinks but didn’t have any which was a bummer but overall the drinks were amazing still. Want to try the food next because they have chicken tenders from what the menu has. Wished they had boba but overall fast service and drink are still good
I wish this location used cheese sauce and skinny fries for the Carne asada fries like the thorton location . Melted cheese doesn't do it for me so that was pretty

When this location 1st opened the carne asada fries were so bomb. We came by about a year ago and they changed them which were still good. We stopped in today and they were completely different. The guacamole salsa is no we’re near the same, the cheese is different, way too many green peppers on the top. They were fresh and good just different and we probably won’t be coming back for them.

Taking a two hour “break” in your shift is crazy, at least let customers know. This place needs to be shut down how poorly it’s taken care of. Nothing but little kids in the back like it’s not even a business to begin with. Never coming back here.

I give the overall experience a 4.5 out of 5. I believe the food is extraordinarily healthy. If you are on a weight loss journey, this place would be a better choice. The food tastes homemade and in-house. I also got the Strawberry Bliss - Peach Green Tea . That drink was one of the healthier drinks. That drink was thirst quenching.
