The new executive Chef and his Summer 2025 menu are out of this world. I promise you. Last minute decision to have dinner at the bar and Wendy took incredible care of us. First the delicious Pinot noir. Then came the food. We had the bistro fillet and the chicken romaine salad as entrees. Excellent. We are already planning our next meal here (breakfast and dinner, again). We are local to Beaver Creek and I am overjoyed to have this restaurant I the mix!! Quick note: the prices...

My food was good, but it took 3 tries to get my drink order correct (just tea, orange juice and hot chocolate). Service was extremely slow....other people sat after me with more attentive servers got their food and left before I even had the chance to finish my food. At one point, the (wonderful) server who brought my food had to go talk...
