The fresh made in house tortillas were heaven sent. The chicken enchiladas suiza were the best I've ever had. The chicken was perfectly seasoned the cream sauce had amazing favor. Even as left overs it was fantastic! The chicken fajitas were flavorful and all white meat. Couldn't go wrong with the fresh tortillas. Finally the homemade Keylime pie with pecan crust was the perfect end. In an area with such expensive food choices this restaurant had multiple entrees under $30. We will be back

Great spot for tacos, but don't dismiss the entrees. Paella and enchilada suizas are great go-to dinners. Coconut margarita hits the spot- not too sweet. Fresh pressed tortillas are legendary!

The margaritas did not have a lot of flavor. I got the carnitas tacos and they were almost inedible. the meat was so overcooked and tough that it was impossible to eat. The queso was very good, they best part of the meal. All the rest was below par.

We have been coming here for over 15 years. The atmosphere has always been very nice with good service. We love their tortilla appetizer and taco Tuesday, so glad that hasn’t changed!

The steak fajitas were really good but a bit disappointed with the chicken mole. The ceviche was excellent. Good value and amazing service.

I enjoyed the fresh flour tortillas that were served with the house salsa. The pork green chili was really disappointing, and lacked flavor/spice. I ordered the salmon for the entree and while delicious, was a fairly small portion (particularly the sweet potato as a side), two 1/2 rounds of sweet potato shouldn’t count as a side.
My biggest turn off was the bartender. He was very friendly and the service was fine, however he made several lewd and racist comments throughout my meal. Lewd remarks regarding female customer he had had served earlier that day, and racist remarks regarding a group of people who called to ask the address for the restaurant (it’s very hidden and at the back of the shopping center and not easy to find)

My wife and I are from Texas and we know great Mexican cuisine and Agave was fabulous both times on our visit to Vail/Edwards area for a week of cool temperatures. Devin was a terrific server, friendly, kind, attentive and we had him serve us both times in 1 week. Taco Tuesday turned Terrible Tuesday …
We came because my parents had dined here just a few nights earlier and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, ours fell far short.
From the start, we tried to be patient and understanding. Our server was covering more than 10 tables, so we even ordered the kids’ meals at the bar to help. Complimentary tortillas never arrived, and when our server didn’t make it back in time for us to place a second order before happy hour ended, we politely asked if we could still get the drinks at HH pricing.
Instead of a simple “of course” or even a “sorry for the delay,” the manager came over defensive and dismissive, insisting we had tried to order two drinks as soon as we sat down (which wasn’t the case). The interaction felt unnecessarily combative, and there was no attempt to smooth things over or make the experience right.
We had to order at the bar more than once, waited over 30 minutes for our second round of drinks, and it was nearly an hour after being seated that we received our tacos (which were fine, but not memorable).
We had two business owners at the table who understand things don’t always go perfectly. But there’s always an opportunity to recover a guest’s experience. That opportunity was missed here, and unfortunately, it’s the reason we won’t be returning.
