Agave is always wonderful and we make a point of going whenever we're in beaver creek. Starting with the freshly made tortillas (with a top shelf margarita, hopefully) - the guac is great, especially with crudités. Vegans eat well here too! We enjoyed the scallops, the enchiladas suizas, and the fajitas. Highly recommend!

Our dinner was great! The server was super helpful walking us through the menu and gave us excellent recommendations. Highly advise everyone to try the margaritas as well!!

Walk in and the first thing you see is the lady making authentic tortillas. If you are lucky enough to grab a spot at the bar on her end while you wait for your table, two wonderful things will happen. First, she will continue to supply you with hot and fresh tortillas with amazing salsa or queso, if you please. Second, the bar tender will also take care of you at the intimate yet well stocked little bar. Local beer O'Dell's on draft. Food was great and the server friendly and very energetic with great recommendations.

Food and drinks were delicious. Only issue was that it initially took about 10 minutes before waitstaff helped us out - I think just a mixup; once we had our server, he was very attentive the rest of the evening. Would definitely go back if/when I'm ever back in Avon.

Family and I got terrible food poisoning from dinner Friday 11/28. It was the shredded chicken. Do you cook this once a week for taco Tuesday? Urgent care and IV's for half the family.
Ten years ago Agave was the go-to restaurant for authentic Mexican food. Now, It's tired. Needs updating in decor and menu. It was clean and neat but very dark. Food was just ok although tacos were excellent. Sadly, I will not be returning soon. Too many other more local and fresh Mexican food and restaurants.

Agave Tacos are out of this world!!! I get the crispy chicken taco and grilled mahi taco. They make their own flower and corn tortillas! I am obsessed and don’t know how to stop😍🥳🤩!
