Agave is always wonderful and we make a point of going whenever we're in beaver creek. Starting with the freshly made tortillas (with a top shelf margarita, hopefully) - the guac is great, especially with crudités. Vegans eat well here too! We enjoyed the scallops, the enchiladas suizas, and the fajitas. Highly recommend!

Walk in and the first thing you see is the lady making authentic tortillas. If you are lucky enough to grab a spot at the bar on her end while you wait for your table, two wonderful things will happen. First, she will continue to supply you with hot and fresh tortillas with amazing salsa or queso, if you please. Second, the bar tender will also take care of you at the intimate yet well stocked little bar. Local beer O'Dell's on draft. Food was great and the server friendly...

Food and drinks were delicious. Only issue was that it initially took about 10 minutes before waitstaff helped us out - I think just a mixup; once we had our server, he was very attentive the rest of the evening. Would definitely go back if/when I'm ever back in Avon.
