We have been coming to Beanos for years but after our last experience ... unsure if we'll be back. Our waiter was inattentive. However, the waitress who was helping him with our waters and drinks saved the day. She was doing her best to make sure we were taken care of. Unsure where the lack of communication was between staff, but our meal took over 4 hours. We waited a record of an hour for our main course along with dessert (literally ice cream) taking 45 minutes to be served. Back to our duo wait staff, after one of our guests complained to the hostess and refused to return to dinner because of the lack of service, our original main waiter was seen yelling at our sweet waitress (who was the only one helping our table). All very uncomfortable and questionable. On the food, unfortunately, it was just okay this time around!

Really had a wonderful experience between the ride, food and ambiance. Wait staff was wonderful and food items were local (ie., dishes you couldn't get elsewhere). Would recommend!

Not our first time to Beanos, but definitely our best. Each course got better than the previous, which was challenging as the soup was great, so the bar was set high for the start. Our server was outstanding, and the chef personally brought us her special bone marrow appetizer. Just a great evening. Thanks to the whole Beanos staff!

Mikayla and Paz are great and helpful. Bartenders and wait staff also. Soup portions are pretty sad. More an amuse bouche than an app. Even the chicken pot pie is nouvelle cuisine style and size. Not mountain

While this a very nice dinner outing. It way overpriced and the food was not stellar by any means. At $189 fix price I would expect a much higher flavor profile go almost every item, Althea the scallops were on par. At this price the kitchen really needs to up their game !!

Unique mountain side cabin location with snowcat shuttle in winter and horseback ride in summer. Excellent food & service. We enjoyed the Elk Short Loin and Scallops. Fixed price is very expensive but creates a wonderful memory for your family or group.

Great food and service. It had been snowing all day so we wore our ski pants and jacket over our attire for the night so we would be dry! There is a room you can take off the ski gear so we were dry for dinner. The service was good and the cabin was beautiful! So glad we did the dinner!

We had such an outstanding 1st time experience at BEANO's Cabin! Excellent service. From the moment we took off, it was lovely! Two tips: your reservation time is the time you depart on the snowcat and bring hats & gloves. There is a cubby/coat area to store those at the cabin during dinner. The experience was so fun!! Yes expensive yet worth the experience. As we left the cabin, we loved the star filled sky and beautiful views along the mountain at night.

Everything was amazing. The narrated sleigh ride to and from was a bonus. Our waiters Courtney and Sam were very friendly, helpful and a delight to meet. It was very nice of the general manager Ben Christy to stop by the table to introduce himself and check in on us. The only thing that was a disappointment was that it was very difficult to hear the guitar player. A special evening we won't forget.

Don’t recommend. Food is okay. The soup was cold. My husband got very sick after dinner because of the food, we had a bad night.

Celebrated my 64th birthday with my family. In particular my 19 month old grandson. The staff was amazing and very friendly to him and all of us. The Beano team is great! Wonderful place to celebrate.

Greatly overpriced at $189 per person while on OpenTable they say that a main course is $50 They hit you with a fixed price 5 course dinner each course very small equal to half a portion The drinks are also very expensive So at the end of the evening we were our over $500 for two persons including taxes and tips NOT worth it. It felt like a huge ripoff Beware

Everything was fabulous .. wonderful experience .... Food delicious but a little overpriced .... Service was fantastic but the menu dive was too loud for conversations & hearing those speaking to you!

Beautiful, cozy, romantic, roaring fire, 5 star for ambience. Expected a crowd, went on Valentine's Day, but, really, the place could use 1/3 less tables, you dine very close together, so of course ambience starts to fade with very high crowd noise level. Our party of 5 could have done without single singer with guitar on stage-good entertainment, but just made it seem that much more crowded and noisy. Food was good, not outstanding. Soup was watery, steak about average, Char done excellent, so a great choice there. Salads were very fresh and unique with good tangy vinaigrette dressings. Special Appetizer of night was a good choice, Bison Ravioli, as well as the Trout Fritter. None of our party of 5, who got all different desserts were impressed, bland Pumpkin Cheesecake, Bread Pudding served cold, tasted like a Banana Muffin in a ramekin, Death by Chocolate dry. So it's an experience, but at $190 pp, expected a bit better food. Best thing was the service...very good, experienced and attentive wait staff, great presentation, friendly and made you feel welcome and special.
