We love the chophouse, but felt like service was less accommodating as usual. Overall it was a satisfying meal.

I went to the chophouse last year and everything was great. This year a group of 9 of us went last night, very excited to enjoy a great meal. The sides and salads were all excellent. Unfortunately the steaks were very subpar. 7 of us ordered steaks between both the ribeye and the strip, no steak was cooked as ordered. The meat on several of the steaks had a funky color like they had been frozen for a while potentially. The medium rare was not red on the inside but more of a grey color. We didn’t mention to the wait staff as we didn’t want to send back 7 steaks, but to pay almost $70 for just a piece of meat and call yourself a chophouse the meat was very subpar.

Plus side, signature salad was great, Brussels, and lobster mac were great sides.

I was looking for a place for dinner that could accommodate our group of 10 which included 2 young children. I called the restaurant, and despite a full inside buy out, they took our group on the patio with less than a 10 minute wait. Despite being insanely busy, we had great service, steaks cooked perfectly, and the server interacted with the two young children all throughout dinner. I was very impressed how they handled our large group with children despite being so busy! Thanks for a great meal, and great service!

This was awful. The waiter was not friendly, the food was way overpriced, and if you order a steak (for example), that’s all you got! No sides but a steak on a plate. They did offer fries for an extra $8. The steaks run $56!! I have never been to a restaurant that had no sides included with the meal. I can’t tell you how the food was because we walked out!!!

Very quiet and slow nite at this chophouse! A lot going on around the area it seemed! We did eat early so maybe it picked up later? Sea baa was very good! Bread warm and very good! My wife's tacos were the best she has ever had and she likes tacos! Wine and drinks were excellent! Service attentive!

Just not good. No other way to describe it. Nothing special for a place with the location it has. Stay away from the back of the restaurant, it is a war zone. Noise, cursing, yelling, plates. Unfortunately BC is short on food choices.

The restaurant was very accommodating to move us inside due to weather. Service was great and food was yummy. Loved the manhattan bar!!!

I don't write reviews very often but this is the best restaurant overall experience we have had in a long while. The patio experience was excellent. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds and Mountain View's. The ribeye steak was charred just we way we ask and the carrot cake was amazing. Great experience.

Perfect views, weather and experience with our friends. From the make your own manhattan to the rib eyes. Everything was fantastic.

Apparently they had a buy out of the chop house this day and the only option was their c-bar. The only table they had to offer us was a small patio two top next to the hostess and door. The dark haired hostess was chomping on her gum and popping bubbles like a horse. Very unprofessional.

It took the server 10 plus minutes to greet us, and when she did she stated she wasn’t the server and would just take our drink order. It was a simple drink order of two of the same drinks but seemed to get the drinks wrong. After starting my timer and waiting an additional 10 minutes we waved down a wait assistant and asked them to find our server since we waited 20 minutes and told him we didn’t like our drink and it was wrong. He found the same original server and she took our order. The food wasn’t bad, for the price I expected more. Our salmon was overcooked when we asked for a med rare plus, the fava beans were hard. Mac n cheese was decent. The dessert wasn’t a lava cake more of a dense chocolate cake and rather dry.

There was some magician entertaining the children and boy was he loud and obnoxious.

I probably wouldn’t come back if I was in town again. The server was nice enough and apologetic, it wasn’t her fault the management wasn’t attentive to their staff and other customers. As a restaurant manager I understand how buy outs work, however you should still be cognizant of your other paying patrons and staff appropriately. Maybe even do a table touch and make sure the restaurant and customers are in fact happy.

Our waitress was absolutely amazing. Very personable and great service from her. The bartender was very short and unfriendly.

Six of us dined on a beautiful evening outside with outstanding service from Matthew. The steaks, burgers, sides and desserts were excellent! Highly recommend the BC Chophouse!

We had reservations and we asked to be seated at a different table away from the bar area. We were told that tables are reserved and set up two days in advance. Have you ever heard of such BS? They were not very welcoming until we ordered wine that cost over $100. We will not be going back under this management!

When we arrived for our patio dining, it was starting to rain so they moved this inside. However, the rain stopped after about 15 minutes and they dried up the patio seating and we moved outside to enjoy a wonderful dinner at the base of Beavercreek ski area. The service was excellent and they were very accommodating. Our grandkids played on the grass in front of the patio while we enjoyed an excellent dinner.

Dan, the magician, was great as usual. Every time we are in Vail or BC we always go to the Chop House to see Dan! He does not disappoint!
