Server said it was no problem to split the check but then couldn't remember who got what and sent the bill around for us to mark it up..... The bill said 20% tip was included but then evidently it wasn't included. If I knew all that hassle was to ensue the I would have sent back my tortilla soup which I thought was not good. Have been there many times before with much better experiences. We Expect better experiences from the Ritz.

Incredible service, awesome Tomahawk steak, and the onion rings are to die for. Thank you for a great night!

Our service was outstanding. Wife had the branzino and the kids and I shared a NY strip with truffle fries. We were all extremely satisfied with our meal. Our waiter, Luksa, was super friendly, attentive and engaged well with our young kids. I would come back!

Best service we could have asked for! Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make us happy. You could really feel the genuine hospitality and the desire to please in every interaction. An amazing experience from start to finish!

We have been coming here almost every day for lunch each time we are here through New Years for over 5 years now. Usually good, sometimes the staff is chaotic and frantic. This time we had our reso per usual that I make way in advance as soon as they open and watched two parties get seated before us (I assume they are club members as I use to work for BCR). Regardless we waited a while no big deal. The main feedback I have is that when we get drinks at the bar always a great valued wine pour a really appreciated. Now the server is pouring wine at the table which is fine for several reasons but when I am paying $30 for a 2oz pour at the table vs a perfectly substantial one at the bar the value in the price of that glass goes down. I think it would behoove to have the table staff trained to pour the same wine pour as the bar tenders so you are getting equal value. It was at least half the glass when the server poured and both myself and partner noticed. Other than that all was good .

We love the Ritz at bachelor Gulch. We've never had a bad experience, and the staff are always thoughtful responsive and highly anticipatory of needs. We will be back again next year.

Jesse was awesome. Food is always great and the feel mid-week is low key and perfect for dinner.

We had a very disappointing and unfortunate dining experience at Buffalos. We visit once a year and always look forward to a delicious meal in a cosy environment. This year was a disaster from the lack of availability on their drink menu, to a horrendously long wait for 6 burgers, for them only to turn up COLD! The chef must have had better things to do as moments later he was parading around the restaurant. Last time I checked it wasn't too hard to master a classic burger.... We definitely expect so much more from the Ritz. Even the management was not adequately trained in dealing with customer service issues. After a stop at a (very) messy bathroom on our way out, I spoke to a lovely lady (Jenny I believe) who went out of her way to apologize for something she had nothing to do with. This hotel really needs to improve their customer satisfaction practices if they want to maintain the Ritz standards. Such a huge disappointment!

This is at the Ritz Carlton. We had higher expectations. We made a reservation for 2:30. My husband arrived at 2:20 was told by the hostess the kitchen closed at 2:30 — due to a special event. Why was a reservation available at 2:30? He did not feel welcome, but was reluctantly seated by the annoyed hostess. He ordered before I arrived at 2:30. The food was excellent. Ramona's service great. The rating is due to the fact we felt extremely rushed and unwelcome. Expensive food in an uncomfortable environment.

As in most resort towns, they are understaffed. The kitchen was in the weeds the entire evening. The $98 Chinese pop-up was OK, but heavily oversalted, yet still a decent value. What wasn't was a decent value was the $38 Vodka Martini and the $25 a glass of wine...but it's the Ritz soooooo kinda expected. Our 2-person dinner was $300 with a $45 TAX = $350. No more pop-ups for me, but their sister restaurant, "Wyld" would be worth these prices because the food is sublime.

Quite overrated. Horribly overpriced and food was borderline terrible. My husband got the confit turkey leg and it was not confit it was deep fried and burned to a crisp. The meat was soooo dry and probably not more than 3oz of meat on the whole thing. Overheard restaurant management speaking poorly about guests outside too.

The changed the menu to Chinese and don't inform customers in advance. The service was horrible, not Ritz quality. Server was not trained. Food was super spicy and made everyone's stomach upset .

We are long time locals and were shocked at how bad the service of our Pop Up Chinese food dinner was. We were even more shocked with the incompetence of our server and then the Manager with charging our credit cards for 2 couples with the wrong amounts. Our credit card was charged 3 times with different amounts which we have disputed. The noise volume was really annoying with all of the large tables with screaming children.
