Great Service and Food, but the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Disappointed
I recently visited a local Burger King, and overall, it was a very good experience. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Despite a steady flow of customers, the wait time was short, and my order was prepared quickly. The Whopper I ordered was fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor—exactly what I expect from Burger King. The fries were hot, crispy, and perfectly salted, making them a standout side.
The self-serve drink station was clean and well-stocked, allowing me to customize my drink without any issues. I also appreciated how the dining area was tidy, with employees visibly working to keep tables and floors clean.
However, I was disappointed by the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. While the chicken itself was crispy and well-cooked, it completely lacked the spice I was expecting. It tasted more like a standard chicken sandwich with a hint of seasoning. If you’re going to market something as spicy, it should deliver at least a little heat.
That said, the overall experience was still enjoyable. With great service, a welcoming environment, and solid staple menu items, I’ll definitely be back—just not for the Spicy Chicken Sandwich.
Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options, despite it being a burger joint
Parking: Parking lot is large and good, however, you can only park there if you plan to eat there
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, clean atmosphere, lots of light, and good affordable food

Needs a renovation but food was great and service is on point.
Ordered our food and they didn’t tell us that they charge extra for every little thing. Sauces are an extra charge among other things. Irritating when you know BK just wastes food every night and can afford to give some sauces out.

I placed an order online as I did multiple times before, got to the drive thru and told me that they threw away my order. Looks like they recently changed personnel, first time that it happened to me and judging by the recent reviews they need to change back they new ones are terrible.
Update, I ordered again today and got home with my order only to find the smallest burger ever. The sandwich is barely the size of my palm. This is supposed to be a double; there are two beef patties but they are paper thin. The price is ridiculous for the amount of food that you get. Whoever is running this joint should seriously think about making some changes for the better. The only reason this place still has business is because it's one of the only legitimate fastfood options available in Avon.

I went to stop by the Starbucks next door as well as get myself an onion ring from the establishment. Noticed that the parking lot in front of the Starbucks was not available due to being redone so I parked in front of burger king. Without even asking me a man threatened to call to have my vehicle towed. He automatically assumed I was going to another business and practically yelled at me. Shame on you for threatening other members of your community and patrons of your business. Will never go here again and I hope the rest of my neighbors follow suit. This community is not free to bully.

Stopped at the Starbucks next door while their parking lot was being re-paved. Instead of being a gracious neighbor and letting customers use one of their many parking spots (25 or so), the owner had an employee outside ticketing cars who tried to park. Even had the police drive through and hassle people.
This is one of the nicest Burgers Kings I have ever been to. The staff was welcoming and prompt in taking our order. The food met our expectations.

Terrible service We arrived at the drive thru And they told us to give them a moment because they were already attending to us, they spent about 15 minutes in line and they did not attend to us. Several of the people in front of us did the same to them and those in the back better left. I think it costs them nothing to say that they are closed and not waste their time

If you go at night 10 and after they will keep the voice on saying wait a moment and then not let you know and you’ll be sitting in the drive thru with others. 1 worker inside

Parking: The over all entrance is a little right as there is a Starbucks and the drive thru all is the same entrance but otherwise plenty of parking
