Definitely a must dine at Beaver Creek. This is some of the best Mexican I have had. The fajitas had everything you could want, and it was cooked really well. The chips and salsa were also really good. I would definitely recommend this place.

Food is just OK. Nothing at all special. Our waiter seemed like he would rather be anywhere in the world other than working. $100 with tip and BC fee for 4 people with no drinks, appetizers or dessert.

Have passed this place many times but never stopped and so happy we did! Food was tasty, service delightful, staff seemed happy, my only kinda complaint was how loud it was.

We decided to order take-out from the Coyote Cafe. When setting the check, I noticed a 7% paper surcharge - that is a first. It is amazing how creative restaurants get with additional fees. Note that this is a percentage and not just a per bag fee. I did not have similar fees when ordering take-out at other restaurants in Beaver Creek.The bartender apparently "padded" the tip by a few dollars. Luckily this must have been caught in an internal audit, as it was refunded a few days later.The food actually was quite tasty. Looking back, we should have just eaten in the restaurant rather than ordering the take-out.

Local/ tourist bar hangout. Great food- Queso is great, Salsa is okay, Guac lacks flavor. Chicken tortilla soup was really good! cold beer. Atmosphere was laid back and spacious.
