Making pizzas with no gloves and horrible service

As a truck driver just trying to get a meal, this experience was frustrating. I was left on hold for a long time, and when I finally spoke to someone, communication was nearly impossible due to the language barrier. It's important for customer service staff to speak and understand basic English, especially in a nationwide chain like Domino's. I ended up paying a high price for food I couldn’t even order properly because I couldn’t understand what was being said. Overall, disappointing service.

Customer service was topnotch even when there was a small issue, they fixed it right away

Service was slow and the employees seemed disorganized, seemed like no leadership present. Waited almost 45 minutes. The tv monitor said my order was done and ready but still waited 15 more minutes. The lobby was full of people worrying for their food.

Not only pizzas, They made delicious pastas too!

Calling a central number isn’t helpful when people are just going into the location. Additionally charging you a delivery fee when you advertise 30 minutes or free!

I order online and called the store to check the status of my order. Gentleman who answer the phone was not ready to take phone calls he absolutely did not know what to say. My pizza was to be delivered 30-40 minutes out and It has been an hour and 20 minutes as of this review. He let me know possibly 15 more minutes! I asked him to cancel order and refund he said not possible. This store employee needs better training!

Ordered pizza again on 1/01/25 the delivery guy picked up a slice of pizza in disgust not knowing it was my pizza and looked at it with disgust because it was cold. I confronted him and he did not realize it was my pizza then he was rude about it. proceeded to say I would have touched your pizza at the store. I said that is correct but you are out making deliveries and driving your hands are not the cleanest!

Our order, compared to what we got. Took 2 hours to get the order, yes 2 hours. Don’t order from here.

App said that wait time was 106 minutes which is fine, app then said it was ready and when we got there we waited another hour for our order to be ready. We ordered 4 things. I am a very patient person but this was too much. Food was good though!

Recommended dishes: Garlic Bread Twists

Pretty disappointed, ordered two pizzas New York style and a spinach feta cheese bread. After over 30 minutes of them coming out of the oven they came cold, hand tossed, one pizza had the wrong toppings, and the spinach feta bread was not sliced and tasted horrible compared to an other locations. Not only that but they forgot the sauce. I will not be ordering from this dust location again and as it is the reason dominoes gets a bad rap. You have to try to mess up a pizza order so small this bad.

The worst dominos I’ve ever had. They messed up my toppings, the quality was garbage, and they didn’t cut the food while we are in a hotel and don’t have a knife. Delivery driver wandered around the area for a long time after we got the notification that they were a minute away. Wish I would have just paid a little extra money for any other pizza place in town

Staff needs to work on their attitude and focus on getting orders right. Always missing toppings from my pizza. Asking them for a dipping cup that comes with parma bites is like pulling teeth. You can select online and it’s not only marinara sauce like they tried telling me, but you can select the cup you want free of charge. Current pizza missing bacon and buffalo sauce. You don’t need to reach out to me, to “make things right” this happens often and the reviews show there’s not much happening in getting that place right. Im just gonna take this place off my meal list for a year and wait for reviews to play out. Atmosphere is uncomfortable. Maybe everyone’s having a bad day, idk🤷🏻‍♂️. First time picking up, as I always order for delivery. I did not notice the pie missing ingredients until I bit into it, as I would have pointed it out. The quality check was obviously skipped, im not even sure why thats a thing in the making process.
