Tried to place an order for five large pizzas. Was sent to automated payment process - TWICE - and both times it supposedly went thru and then the second time we were rerouted all the way to the beginning and spoke with a competely different person who couldn't find the order. Worst ordering experiencing yet with Domino's. (Avon, CO)

I am a local and live in the Vail Valley I called the store to place an order and I was told to make an order online when I was on the phone and wasn’t allowed to place an order ridiculous. I don’t eat at dominos and k guess I never will haha what a joke. Good luck i hope you can stay in business

I am at work. Food was supposed to come at 11 am. I can’t leave work to go get said food so I was having it delivered. They called at 10:45 to tell me they won’t bring it because someone called out. I’m always unimpressed with this dominos and the person who called me was not very nice.

I've never seen a pizza place struggle to make a pizz correctly. Literally just follow what the ticket asks for. Thankfully I keep on earning points due to this but it's incredibly frustrating to know your pizza won't be correct.

I'm upset, I ordered for home delivery and the delivery guy arrived about two hours later, they brought me an order that wasn't even mine and he just said “ohh sorry” and went back to the store to bring my order, I called the restaurant and they only said “it will arrive in a few minutes” and nothing

Horrible workers and horrible food. They have messed up on a lot of my orders and last time I went my pizza wasn’t even fully cooked. Reached out for a refund and never got a reply. 0/10, would rather drive to Gypsum for Dominos.

They should change the time of service cashier says that they close at 1am and I came in to place an order at 9:30pm and they said they were too busy cleaning and could were not taking orders at this time. Very disappointing!

I ordered 2 LG pies at 6 pm. Was told by the person I made the order with, I should receive it between 6:29-6:39. By 6:50 I tried calling 2x regarding my order. No one answered and was hung up on after a minute and a half of waiting. I called the number again, hit the number to order, I asked the person where my order is, and than they transfered me to the store. Whomever was at the store , was very rude and disrespectful, just saying we're busy, show more patience, and was promptly hung up on. At 7:29 pm I finally got a call from the delivery driver saying he was outside. I went to greet him and asked if the store was really that busy. Was told yes and was also told that while he had my order, he saw that the company vehicle was low on gas and decided to take care of that instead of delivering my order. I said that wasn't my problem and that it should have been taken care of before my order was to be delivered. This location has to be the worst pizza place in all of Colorado. I definitely won't be ordering from there again. Staff is rude, offered no compensation for being over an hour late. The franchise owner should lose the store.
