We’ve been coming here for along time and never had a horrible experience until most recently —-and it was awful. Service was terrible. I’m sure the margarita had no alcohol put in it, only dispensed from a coffee like container. Had to get up to have someone wait on us. I could go on and on, go somewhere else!!! The prices are ridiculous for what you get.

The Food is good, but the service was beyond terrible. We didn’t have a specific waiter. It took forever for someone to even greet us and get us drinks. Not to mention it was not busy at all… Not one time were we checked on after we got our food. I wanted a tea refill but no one checked on us during our dinner so I wasn’t able to get one so then I asked for one to go and the guy wouldn’t allow it per “house policy”. Had they just checked on us during the meal I would have been able to get that tea. I used to recommend this place to everyone and unfortunately would not after this experience.

Been here multiple times hoping for something more but this place is always a disappointment. The food is always just mediocre, nothing special, prices are steep, service attention is lacking, this place is holding on by a thread, food isn’t quality it’s cheap, not impressive. Very basic and not very good. Needs a Gordon Ramsey visit asap.

We are a family who has ate at MANY mexican restaurants and this is the BEST mexican you will find near Vail or anywhere for that matter. Excellent service and the food is amazing. Wish we had a Fiesta Jalisco in Charlotte, NC!
