This is fantastic Mexican food! We are local and eat here often both in the summer and after a long day of skiing! They have a great menu with all the things good that you expect from a long established Mexican restaurant. Last night our table loved the Vegetarian Chili Relleno/Enchilada combo and a Vegetarian Chimichanga. (Pic is of the Relleno/Enchilada)
In the area for work. Happened across this place. We were seated right away and they brought water and chips within minutes.
We ordered fajita burritos. My co-worker and I both commented on how this was quite possibly the best burritos ever. Well done.

The current 3.9 rating really does not do this place justice. It's a 5 star in our book! We are a family who has ate at MANY mexican restaurants and this is the BEST mexican you will find near Vail or anywhere for that matter. Excellent service and the food is amazing. Wish we had a Fiesta Jalisco in Charlotte, NC!
