This is my 6th time to beaver creek/ vail area and this by far my favorite restaurant and it is the only restaurant I will travel to if staying in vail. The corn soup their delicious pork chop and the “ fruit hand pie “ was a hit for our table. Robert was spot on with recommendations another 5 star night

Beautiful restaurant with top notch professional service. We had the caprese salad and the lobster with marscapone that were amazing. For our main course we had the ritz crusted walleye and the pretzel crusted pork chop. Both were the best we have ever had. If they were not enough, we had fresh fruit empanadas with homemade ice cream. Our waiter Scott could not have been any nicer. If you are in Beaver Creek you should definitely go there.

We dine at Grouse Mountain Grill every time we're in Beaver Creek! The bartender, Jason made the best Makers Mark Manhattans and Woodford Old Fashioneds, plus the best Espresso Martinis ever! Our server was spectacular, timing all courses in order to finish meeting our Uber driver at the reserved time! We had the homemade Tater tots, always a treat, the burrata mozzarella and heirloom tomato with added watermelon salad, the Caesar salad and we each chose the Filet Mignon with Steak Diane sauce. Our entire meal was divine! Don't miss dining here if you have the chance, you will absolutely love it and return as we do whenever near!

Restaurant 10 out of 10! Great food, great service, great atmosphere!! Only complaints was that almost $100 in surcharges Makes it hard to tip the staff for how great they are! Very disheartening!

Overall experience was amazing! Dine on the patio if you can. Staff, food, and presentation are top-notch. Highly recommend the lobster appetizer, and if they have elk on the menu, don't pass it up, some of the best I've had and cooked to perfection.

We had a fabulous 4th of July dinner at Grouse Mountain Grill! Everything including the wonderful food, waitstaff, and view of the fireworks made it a spectacular night to remember. Thank you, Duffy, for giving us excellent service. You were outstanding!

We have been to GMG multiple times and it has dropped in quality and menu. Last night the menu was heavy winter fare with “airline chicken” as the only GF option. Who names a dish after airline food. It is July and the menu was the same as the middle of ski season. They accidentally spilled wine on us and the table and we still had to buy the wine. Grouse Mountain Grill use to be worth the trip and price now it is average for Beaver Creek at best.

Always exceptional. We always bring family and friends. Walleye is the best and so different from most restaurant meals. Duffy brings the service.

One of the best meals we've ever had, from the appetizer to the dessert. Service was very welcoming, personable and attentive. A must dine restaurant in Beaver Creek

Dan and his team make dining there an experience. Steven was our waiter and did a fantastic job job. The food was cooked perfectly. We had a Ceasar salad to start and then the Osso Buco. So tender it melted in our mouths.

Everything was good! We had a large group and got almost the entire menu and shared. 10/10. The highlight was the bottle of Brickhouse pinot noir.

Excellent service and food. The four of us all tried something different and all was very good. Robert was our server, and he was great.

Grouse Mountain Grill turned a potential disappointment into an unforgettable experience that has earned them a lifelong customer.

In August, I made a reservation for a special occasion in late November. Less than 24 hours before our scheduled dining time—and after I had already confirmed the reservation—the restaurant reached out via OpenTable to let me know they couldn’t serve us that evening. However, they immediately offered to move our reservation to the next day and covered the entire meal, including cocktails and desserts, as an apology. This gesture alone speaks volumes about their commitment to exceptional service.

When we finally dined there, everything was outstanding. The service was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and seamless—and the food was a delight.

We started with their famous hand-rolled tater tots, which were out of this world. I’m still dreaming about them and wish I could recreate them for Thanksgiving. Next, we split a Caesar salad, which was well-prepared with fresh cracked pepper. While the grated Parmesan was good, I personally prefer flaked Parmesan for a more upscale feel.

For entrees, I had the off-menu filet. It was cooked closer to medium-rare than the medium I ordered—not a big deal, so I didn’t mention it to the server. While it was a flavorful cut, it had more fat than I like for a boneless filet. I expect a filet to be lean, so the excess fat was a minor letdown. On the other hand, my spouse’s salmon was perfect. This dish seemed to be the standout of the evening, as many tables ordered it. Everyone, including my spouse, raved about the flawless preparation and seasoning.

For dessert, we enjoyed the chocolate cake and carrot cake. Both were delicious, but be aware that the portions are on the smaller side and not shareable, which is a bit unusual for upscale restaurants.

Full transparency: our meal was on the house due to the reservation mix-up, but this did not affect my review. Grouse Mountain Grill is an excellent choice in the area, and I highly recommend taking the Village Connect to visit. You’ll enjoy great food, attentive service, and an experience truly worth the cost.
