We had a wonderful dinner at Grouse Mountain Grill. The tots are definitely a must have item. Service was excellent. Our server checked in with the chef regarding a few questions we had on dietary restrictions. The pasta was cooked al dente and the scallops with caviar were phenomenal. We would definitely come back and enjoy the food again.

Lovely place elegant and classy. Great service and fine dining. Small menu selection but food is tasty and beautifully prepared. We ordered a cake for my son's birthday as this was his 3rd visit to the area and our second visit to Grouse, as he wanted to return to this restaurant because he loved the food, service and cake the first time, the cake was a huge disappointment. While it was beautiful it was awful. The only downside to our visit, as we ended up giving it away to the valet. It was dense and flavorless tasted like a no gluten or flourless concoction. Really ruined the ending!

One of my favorite restaurants but prices have gone through the roof as many other restaurants. Had only 2 appetizers as main entrees were very costly.
You cannot go wrong with this restaurant. No matter what you order, it is cooked and plated to absolute perfection. We had a gluten free / dairy free person in our group and they made special accommodations just for him. We were lucky enough to have an incredible view of the Beaver Creek opening weekend fireworks. All around an exceptional experience and we will certainly be back!
We had an exceptional experience at Grouse Mountain Grill. The food was fantastic and the service was wonderful. Really love the new menu items, the Scallop Tartar was amazing and something really unique. Definitely recomend this restaurant. Outstanding!
A special dining experience for our 35th anniversary! Every dish served was a work of art & pleasing to the eye, then first bites keep you diving back in to enjoy every last morsel. We highly recommend booking Grouse Mountain if you're anywhere in the Vail/Beaver Creek area. They don't open until 5:30 and there is not another bar to sit at inside and wait, have a cocktail someplace then head over right at 5:30.
Absolutely perfect! Service was inpeccible, first and main courses were flawless and wine list was really well curated. So happy to have found this place!
Grouse Mountain Grill is one of our go-to spots in Beaver Creek—we make a point to dine here at least once every visit. The service is always personable and prompt, and the food consistently delivers in taste, temperature, and overall quality. I especially appreciate their wines by the glass: a thoughtful selection at reasonable prices, which is perfect since I'm the only one in my party who drinks. Among the area's top restaurants, this stands out as a good value—honest, well-executed food with just enough flair and none of the unnecessary frills.
Grouse Mountain Grill is an excellent restaurant. Ordered the pork chop which was promoted as a multi year menu staple. Was dry and over cooked. Would not recommend! Did not finish the veggies and potatoes as they were overcooked and grainy. Hand rolled ‘tater tots' were way over promoted.
One of the best dinners I ever experienced. Robert took excellent care of us! And every course from this kitchen was made with love! Wish I could dine here every night!

I recently dined at Grouse Mountain Grill in Beaver Creek, CO, and it was an exceptional experience that deserves every bit of a five-star rating. From the moment we arrived, the warm ambiance and attentive staff set the tone for a memorable evening. The rustic yet elegant decor, with its cozy fireplace and mountain views, created the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable meal.
The menu is a masterclass in elevated American cuisine, showcasing fresh, locally sourced ingredients. I started with the elk tartare, which was impeccably prepared with a delicate balance of flavors—rich, savory, and just the right touch of spice. For my main course, the Colorado lamb chops were a standout, cooked to perfection with a rosemary-thyme crust that complemented the meat’s natural tenderness. The accompanying truffle mashed potatoes were creamy and indulgent, elevating the dish to new heights. My dining partner raved about the pan-seared scallops, which were beautifully caramelized and paired with a vibrant citrus reduction.
The wine selection was equally impressive, with an extensive list featuring both local and international varietals. Our server, who was knowledgeable and genuinely passionate, recommended a fantastic Pinot Noir that paired flawlessly with our meal. Service throughout was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, with every detail thoughtfully executed.
Dessert was the grand finale: the warm chocolate lava cake with house-made vanilla ice cream was pure decadence, striking the perfect balance of rich and refreshing.
Grouse Mountain Grill isn’t just a meal; it’s an experience that celebrates the best of Colorado’s culinary scene. Whether you’re a local or visiting Beaver Creek, this restaurant is a must. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to this gem, where every dish and moment feels crafted with care.

Our waiter,Scott, was attentive and pleasant, made great recommendations and served our party of 14 a delicious dinner. The “tater tots” are special, as is the pork chop entree. Everyone was happy with their steaks and the walleye is tasty too.
