Despite the commendable service, the overall experience at this supposedly upscale seafood restaurant was far from impressive. While the service may have been a shining beacon, it couldn't compensate for the lackluster quality of the food and the unjustifiable prices.Walking into the establishment, the ambience and decor suggested a dining experience that would be nothing short of exceptional. However, as I sampled the dishes, it became painfully clear that appearances were deceiving.The seafood and whole fish offerings, touted as the highlight of the menu, were disappointingly mediocre. The lack of freshness found in each bite failed to excite the taste buds. It was evident that the restaurant was cutting corners and compromising on quality.Similarly, the sushi offerings left much to be desired. Despite the restaurant's reputation, the sushi lacked the finesse and flavor that one would expect from a culinary establishment of this caliber. Once again, the fish lacked a quality of freshness.The prices far exceeded what could be justified by the quality of the food. It felt as though diners were being charged for the reputation of the restaurant rather than the value of the cuisine. With so many exceptional dining options available in Eagle County, it's difficult to justify spending top dollar on a meal that fails to deliver on its promises.

Over priced joke....almost $40 for a po boy with NOTHING on it...literally...only clowns would serve such a thing. They get to overcharge for average food due to location....below average food at gourmet prices...staff and ambiance are great...the owners are laughing all the way to the bank. Mountain town ripoff...

Getting the whole fish experience is like nothing you will find anywhere else. The service is top notch, the food beats the service, and sommelier service is the cherry on top!

Is that at the bar and the bartender was absolutely amazing. The drinks were great. We had the miso glazed salmon which is cooked perfectly. A bit pricey, however would highly recommend.

We made reservations for lunch ..at 1.45pm around that time..the staff changed for the shift, and so when we asked for the menu, we asked the most common thing the "fish " and some rolls and tofu.Food has no good taste , the chef didn't want to cook because the hour ...expensive and really bad customer service!!

Incredible spot! We picked our fish out and they served 4 appetizers raw and then the other half of the fish cooked. Not a cheap place but also unlike anything I've done before!

After a great morning of skiing, we had lunch at the sushi bar and watched as Armando made our rolls. They looked and tasted great.
My 3 star review is for 1 reason and that is shrinkflation.Size of items shrunk and prices went up.Everything was good. Not OUTSTANDING (as it was in the past) just yeah good meal. Nothing overwhelmingly great. Used to love visiting and recommending to friends but I fear I will be thinking twice about coming here in the near future. Hopefully things get back to normal with the outstanding food they once had.Otherwise like I said food was good, service was great, atmosphere is good.

I want to start positive, the service was great and the ambiance is cozy. My favorite was the Glühwein $17 was a little steep though. We came for lunch and ordered a burger and poke bowl for adults and sushi for our son. The Poke bowl was tiny!! For $36?! I was still hungry after. My son enjoyed the sushi, but also was still hungry after so we ordered him a kids burger which sadly was hard as a brick and burned. My recommendation is stick to the sushi here. Just expect to dash a little of cash. We know beaver ($$$) but for what you get it's not reasonable.

I found the food to be average or below-average. We got a lot of different things, sashimi, roll, ceviche, waygu Korean bbq, salmon miso preparation. Nothing was outstanding, and the dishes with sauce had so much sauce it was hard to taste anything else. Service was ok, personally I don’t like seeing staff drink on the job. The atmosphere was nice. This is not the first time we have had a sub-par sushi experience here, so I felt it was worth mentioning to others since the price point is so high.

Everything was absolutely unbelievable. The service was excellent. The vibe was chill, and the food was beautifully presented and tasted phenomenal. We had a party of four. We had oysters, 3 sushi rolls, seared scallops, lobster roll, and clam chowder. We will be back before we leave Beaver Creek!
