It is supposed to be open until 3:30 and closed 20 minutes early.
Andre was extremely rude!! We walked into the Parlor at 3:00 and were told we needed to hurry and order and get out as they closed at 3:00. He had no customer service at all.An instructor came in right behind us with two kids and he was going to refuse to serve them but we all finally convinced him to let them have ice cream. The website says you close at 3:30 and who closes an ice cream parlor right next to a kids camp that finishes between 3:00-3:30 and all they want to do is finish their day by getting ice cream. We saw at least 4 instructors trying to bring their group of kids in to get ice cream.

Todos los sorbets son veganos, tienen muchos sabores y opciones, excelente servicio
This is a great place to stop off at for a quick sugar break in between skiing. The parlour is located right at the top of the Haymeadow Express Gondola which is the lift used primarily for all of the young beginners learning how to ski at Beaver Creek. If you want to make skiing fun for a young early beginner a stop off in the middle of the day at the Ice Cream Parlour will help do the trick!

Had a variety of coconut and almond milk gelatos. I had a scoop each of taro and pineapple, I especially liked the taro. I was told none of the cones are vegan and that none of the non/gelato items were vegan
A wonderfully curated experience.
Expensive but perfect spot for families to rest, eat and drink. In addition to ice cream, they also serve several hot food items and and a liquor bar with wine and beer. Inside seating is extremely limited but there are multiple outside picnic tables. Getting here is easy and gondola is FREE if you are not skiing.Parlour is located right next to multipole kid catwalks for training that families can use freely.
Been here a few times the place is always clean and staff is always the great. Teresa is the absolute best she took her time with us and the kiddos.
If you are looking for an alright tasting glass of milk while skiing this is the place to go. The milkshakes are what you need to order to get that glass of milk. No ice cream to make it thick and no flavor either! Too overpriced and long of a wait for a milkshake that tastes like a plain glass of gross milk.

The ice cream parlor was one of our our favorite spots. Teresa was absolutely wonderful - helping us and all of the children. It was the perfect pit stop before our mountain run - clean and warm!
Beautiful views from mid-mountain and wonderful food/drinks.
