KIWI International Delights, Coffee & Homemade Ice Cream

Great treats! The service was bad in particular the young tall lady with braces the one that wears 2 shades lighter then her skin tone. She just seemed so annoyed that we asked question and took our time to order. I would understand if it was busy but we were the only customers. Eye rolling and making stinky faces not a cute look. Nevertheless all the treats we purchased were divine.

The costumer service is amazing and everything is delicious 😋 we love the pineapple empanadas and the strawberry whit cream and don't forget the great coffee and hot chocolate 😋 😀

A gem of a place that doesn't get as much recognition as it should. The selection of frozen dairy treats is mind-blowing as is; this apart from the coffee, pastry, smoothie, and crepe selection they offer.

I have yet to be disappointed with any of their items, and I have frequented Kiwi countless times.

Terrible service, do they have preference regarding customer service, EVEN WHEN HISPANIC? I arrived with my wife and they saw me standing there for approximately 15 minutes and I thought they were working on other orders and then an American arrived and not even 3 minutes had passed and they were taking their order, they should improve that, they have more Hispanic customers and it should be The treatment is the same because you are also Latinas.

The best treats in the Vail Valley, made fresh and served with smiles.

The customer service is not the best but the ice cream and everything else is always good ?? the staff always seem uninterested specially one girl that is always there bc everytime we go there is always new employees

My mother got a burned waffle cone (shown in the picture), that looked obviously burned and tasted burnt. Instead of replacing the cone, the two women working at the store told us that they wouldn't replace it, and when we asked for a managers number, they told us to not come back to the store.
So yeah, we're definitely not coming back.

Come early to avoid the lines in the summer. End of winter and spring good times to come when it’s less crowded. Yummy & unique options for crepe and ice cream lovers alike! They also have vegan ice cream options which I found about. Favorites - peanut & strawberry as sweet crepes or for savory crepe options spinach & mushroom. Ice cream- try the one with basil & charcoal!!!

Love this place!… homemade interesting ice creams for the whole family… have lots of dairy free options and homemade gluten free cones. And they are not overly sweet… not sugar hang-over. They will split a scoop into half scoops so you can get 2 flavors in one scoop too.

Great place for ice cream, fresh made Popsicles, and some international deserts. We went twice and both times it was great. Once we all got different flavors of ice cream and once we got Popsicles. Prices on the ice cream are typical, but the Popsicles are much more than I've spent at several other destinations and that would be my only complaint.
