Amazing experience at Look Out Bar!

I had a great night at Look Out Bar, and the staff truly made the difference. Santiago, the bartender, was super friendly, attentive, and gave excellent drink recommendations. The cocktails were delicious and perfectly crafted. šŸøšŸ„‚

Also, Agustina, who took care of us, was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. She made sure we were comfortable the whole time and added to the great vibe of the place.

And the photographs shown on the bar’s TV screens were incredible — such a great visual touch! I even wished I had asked where I could find or buy them.

Amazing service, great atmosphere, and wonderful people. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this bar!

I’ve always said that I don’t mind paying $20+ for a great, special drink on that occasion that asks for it. Tonight, Hal delivered on that opinion. Being local, we don’t have the means to get a fancy drinks all of the time but when the occasion arises, we go out and try to find something that outpaces the rest. We have been to The Lookout Bar a few times and each time we leave wishing that we could have this bar in our living room. The vibes are right, the conversation is perfect and though it’s not always in a teachers budget, it always is a place that we wish we could always come to. The Old Fashioned is a performance, and is worth 5 elsewhere. Santi brings in the atmosphere of a world class photographer with his own wildlife pictures and Hal takes great pride in his craft. Thanks for a great end to some teacher’s final beverage of their winter break!

Do not go here if you have a large party. They cannot accommodate parties larger than 6 but they will still let you make a reservation for 8-10 people and then give you the most absurd seating arrangements. We had a reservation for 10, they gave us a table for 6 and then sat the rest of us at the bar next to the table. Manager kept insisting we could just turn our stools around so that we were facing the table, which does not really work as we were still separate from the table, and its awkward because everyone at the table is then eye level with your crotch. Also means we have to hold our drinks in our hand and can’t put them down. We ordered an app so ended up turning our stools back around and facing the bar to eat, which meant we had our backs to the table where the rest of our friends were, so we were effectively annexed from the rest of the group. The kicker is there was another 4-top table right next to the 6-top they gave us that was empty, yet the manager refused to let us push the tables together saying that someone else had a reservation for that table. The table remained empty for the hour and a half that we were there, no one showed up to take it until we were paying our tab.

On top of all this absurdity, the drinks are incredibly overpriced, don’t even taste good, and have very little alcohol in them. If you want to sell $25 cocktails, fine, it’s Avon, whatever. But make them taste good and get people buzzed. Weak $25 cocktails that taste ā€œfineā€ are completely ridiculous. The decorations, view, and atmosphere at this place are stellar but that’s all you’re paying for and it is so, so not worth it.

Hostess will only ask people of color if they have reservations and would ignore them once sat. Went during miracle bar and noticed that everyone after us was accommodate. Rude hostess would not come back

Views and atmosphere are spectacular! The bartender and waiter were doing shots instead of helping customers; The bartender was probably the rudest person I've ever encountered at an upscale restaurant. Would not recommend.

Drinks were fantastic, also the windows can be open which makes for an excellent breeze and experience. Great views of course and a wonderful vibe. We did not try the food only the drinks but it looked and sounded great and the tables near us had no complaints. Recommend a reservation if going during peak hours.
