Nice blend of an upscale and casual environment. Appreciated the comfortable leather chairs. Menu has a blend of typical dishes like fillet with mashed potatoes and asparagus that was cooked to the requested temperature. They have a few creative items, but don't get way outside the box and have a couple vegetarian options too. Decent wine list. Service was excellent, and the manager stopped by more than once to check on how things were going. Overall, this was a very enjoyable dining experience,

Our server was friendly and did what she could, but that could not make up for how slow the bar and kitchen were. My wife's skillet chicken dinner was lukewarm and was somehow presented in a lukewarm skillet. Our salads and soup arrived before we were finished with the appetizer.

The Colorado Bass and the Skillet Chicken were so good that we are going back tonight. We may order the same thing! The Old Fashion Cocktail was perfect also. We will ask for Kyle because he was a top-notch server. We love it when the server knows the dishes and pays attention to the proper time to approach the table.

Took my wife her for her birthday dinner and it was amazing. We had the dinner for 2, starting with the fondue as the appetizer, steak entree and the scallop risotto, finishing off with the carrot cake for dessert. Cindy is an awesome server, attentive and very nice. Kevin the bartender was great, super friendly and makes great cocktails. Well worth going here.

Everything exceeded out expectations, so much so we are going back on Fri after this Tues visit stop this exquisite restaurant! Our waitress was great, a school Teacher in the area - The food, remarkable! I could go on but 5+++ STARS from us!! Well done to the entire team here!!

We loved everything about our meal. The service was attentive and personal. The food did not disappoint. The table side prepared Cacio e Pepe was a standout for sure. We can't wait to go back. We also had breakfast and it was amazing as well.

Although the restaurant was beautiful with great views, the food was underwhelming. The wild mushroom raviolis were served with some bizarre tasting brown gravy, and the roasted chicken was served with a very sweet and weird tasting grits. And then for breakfast, somehow as wonderful as the eggs and toast were the hashbrowns also had weird spices in them. Not sure what their chef is really doing?? Wish it had been better.  Not sure what their chef is really doing??
This restaurant is severely underrated. The views are spectacular, the service is warm and friendly, and the food is excellent. Stoke & Rye easily rivals the top restaurants in the area—at far more reasonable prices. Best of all, they deliver consistency, which is rare these days. Absolutely worth a try.

What a great experience. Started off with Anniversary Champagne, and a round of drinks that were expertly curated. Apps were up smoked oysters and bread. Recommend both, very flavorful. We shared a flank steak medium rare and it was cooked perfectly and the side of broccoli with pumpkin puree was amazing. Will return next time we go to vail. Thanks again.

We have a nice dinner for six people. Everyone enjoyed their food especially the salmon and the scallops with risotto. It was very busy so it was loud and service was slow. We weren't in a hurry so we were calm.
