We loved everything about our meal. The service was attentive and personal. The food did not disappoint. The table side prepared Cacio e Pepe was a standout for sure. We can't wait to go back. We also had breakfast and it was amazing as well.
Although the restaurant was beautiful with great views, the food was underwhelming. The wild mushroom raviolis were served with some bizarre tasting brown gravy, and the roasted chicken was served with a very sweet and weird tasting grits. And then for breakfast, somehow as wonderful as the eggs and toast were the hashbrowns also had weird spices in them. Not sure what their chef is really doing?? Wish it had been better. This restaurant is severely underrated. The views are spectacular, the service is warm and friendly, and the food is excellent. Stoke & Rye easily rivals the top restaurants in the area—at far more reasonable prices. Best of all, they deliver consistency, which is rare these days. Absolutely worth a try.
What a great experience. Started off with Anniversary Champagne, and a round of drinks that were expertly curated. Apps were up smoked oysters and bread. Recommend both, very flavorful. We shared a flank steak medium rare and it was cooked perfectly and the side of broccoli with pumpkin puree was amazing. Will return next time we go to vail. Thanks again.
We have a nice dinner for six people. Everyone enjoyed their food especially the salmon and the scallops with risotto. It was very busy so it was loud and service was slow. We weren't in a hurry so we were calm.
Really enjoyed the delicious smoked oysters with caviar topping. Wedge salad and chimichurri steak were both very good. Excellent service from both the hostess and server.
Good restaurant in the Westin Riverfront Hotel. Wine list, food, and wait staff are always great. The restaurant is spacious so conversation is easy and private. Love their desserts. Excellent views.
We ordered the charcuterie board which was loaded with high quality meats and cheeses. We also had the chicken and the Casio e Pepe. Chicken had creamy grits and vegetables with it. Very tasty. Service from Syndee was excellent. She was knowledgeable about the food and very sweet. We enjoyed our evening.
Sidney, Was wonderful! Attention to detail. Allowed time to enjoy every aspect of our meal & available for timely suggestions when needed.
Our waiter, Kyle, was very attentive. The food was fabulous. I had the special (sea bass over wasabi mashed potatoes) and my husband had the scallops risotto. We will definitely return!---

First time trying this restaurant and we will definitely come back in Dec when we are in the valley. We started with the fondue which was delish and then 1 person in our party had the scallop risotto and the other 2 had the salmon with the corn puree. One of the best meals we have had in the valley in a long time. Better than either Splendido and Grouse! Excellent service and will ask for Syndee when we come back. Pistachio gelato was just okay but app and main meals were phenomenal!
Stoke and Rye is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the Vail Valley. The restaurant is aesthetically lovely with wonderful light and beautiful views and a sophisticated interior design. The service is top-notch and always super friendly and attentive. The food is always delicious,... Fresh, creative and beautifully presented dishes. I am vegan and gluten-free and the chef is always accommodates and crafts delicious and very satisfying meals unlike other restaurants that offer you a basic salad and a side of veggies.
This is a phenomenal restaurant. The service is outstanding and the food is unique and prepared and seasoned so well. I am gluten and dairy intolerant and they were able to accommodate my needs. At many restaurants, they will cook a steak and not season it at all when you request gf. But this was the best steak I have ever had. Cooked and seasoned to perfection. We had a party of six and all of us raved about our dishes. The appetizers, while fairly small were also delicious and they also did a great job with their cocktails. Nothing watered down here! Staff was excellent and the atmosphere was quiet and the decor tastefully done. This is not an inexpensive restaurant, but it is definitely worth the splurge!
Food was excellent and our server, Andrew was at the top of his game. Friendly, responsive and made the entire experience awesome.
We had a delightful dinner for four in the lovely dining room. We were delayed from our original reservation time due to a fire and interstate closure and the restaurant was very accommodating and seated us much later than we had planned. We had the fondue appetizer, and it was amazing! Amongst us, we had the mushroom ravioli, hamburger, and scallop risotto and everything was terrific! The cocktails, mocktail and service could not have been better. Strongly recommend!
