Excellent. Worth it. We had a superb dinner over ski week 2025. Great service and exquisite food. Highly worth making the trip.

Overpriced and old school. No mains below $50. Would’ve been fine if the quality was good, but unfortunately a bit underwhelming. The lobster bisque had a tiny piece of lobster and tasted massively of thickening. Main was ok but not worth the price. Our waiter was great, though!

This restaurant experience was truly a nightmare from start to finish. To begin with, the service was lackluster, and I wasn’t even offered the most basic thing you’d expect—water. It’s one of the simplest courtesies a restaurant can provide, yet it was entirely overlooked. When the food arrived, it was incredibly disappointing. The portions were minuscule—so small, in fact, that I had to order another dish just to feel somewhat satisfied. The initial portion was barely enough to cover half a meal, and I found myself still hungry after finishing it.

To make matters worse, dessert was an equally underwhelming experience. For a large table, we were served a tiny cookie and a macaroon, barely enough to share. It was as though they didn’t take the time to consider the number of people they were serving, or perhaps they thought the quality would compensate for the portion size. Sadly, it did not. While the staff was friendly and tried their best to offer a welcoming atmosphere, it couldn’t make up for the food, which was simply awful. They might have had decent service, but the lack of substance in the meal made this visit feel like a complete waste of time and money.

Kid-friendliness: The restaurant was very compliant with Children.

This so-called “beef tenderloin” was an insult to both beef and tenderloins everywhere. I have eaten cardboard with more flavor, and at least cardboard has the decency to be free. This microscopic sliver of dry, gray meat—if you can even call it that—was priced at a staggering $54, which I can only assume covers the cost of the chef’s complete and utter lack of culinary skill. I forced myself to chew through it, each bite turning to dust in my mouth, my body actively rejecting it as if it were poison. My gag reflex, a hero in its own right, ejected the offending substance back onto the plate in protest.

And as if this wasn’t already a crime against dining, they had the audacity to serve a “cookie” that was smaller than my thumb. I have seen communion wafers with more substance. If this cookie were any smaller, I would need a microscope to confirm its existence. DO. NOT. COME. HERE.

Great place, providing an unique experience while in the Vail ski area. Food and wine pairing are phenomenal… high level of cooking. Definitely going back.

I’m so disappointed. We ate here for my husband’s 55th bday. I called ahead and told them about his bday and that the family was gluten free (celiac). The waitress seemed disorganized (forgot to bring us water) and not confident about gluten ingredients or cross contamination. We repeatedly told her to make sure everything was GF. She served my son a dish with gluten as an appetizer which we immediately caught before he ate it. Overall, the dinner was meh and they did nothing to acknowledge my husband’s birthday. A couple hours later I was VIOLENTLY ill (like I had eaten gluten- it’s an unmistakeable response). We called them at 10pm and they assured us everything I ate was GF. It’s been five days since we ate there and I’m still sick. I will likely be *very* sick for many weeks. The dinner was $500+ and I deeply regret eating there.

Side note- the owner was wonderful when we talked to her on the phone and she was annoyed at our waitress for missing the bday… but we won’t be back. :(

We have been to Mirabelle multiple times over the past 15 years and have always enjoyed the great food at reasonable prices and the excellent staff but something changed this year. We visited on 12/21 and it was their first busy night of the season .First, wine and creative cocktails were priced well. Pastry chef did an excellent job on creme brulee... Waiter was terrible and didn't know his small menu and didn't know how to deal with questions regarding sizes and prep on entrees. He walked away in the middle of ordering when my 15yo was trying to figure out the portion size on the chicken. 10 minutes later he returned. Pricing on entrees is way too high for how small the sizes waiter said the elk was 7 oz and it was closer to 4oz Short rib was nice but waiter said it came with a red wine bechamel sauce. He didn't know how to sell or upsell I told the waiter at the end of the meal that it was too small and he asked if I wanted to order more . He didn't comp anything nor bring this to managers attention . The manager never visited with any table in the main room during the 2 hours we were there and upon hearing our complaints after paying the bill agreed with our concerns but didn't offer to reduce bill but would make up for it next time. Went home hungry and a bad taste in my mouth for this place. Oops looks like this is another restaurant that is coming to the end. Too bad for BC as it used to be amazing.

Mirabelle is now one of my favorite restaurants in Beaver Creek. We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary here and it was wonderful. I ordered the Tuna and my husband order the Lamb. Both were delightful and the service was exemplary. Parking is easy and the ambiance of the restaurant is very nice. You'll enjoy this local favorite!

An excellent dinning choice in Avon. Belgian, not French, but who can tell the difference? Excellent food, perfect service, great wine list with some reasonable options if you’re cost conscious.

Mirabelle has a wonderful sense of place cultivated by a great Chef, his wife and their team. The setting is beautiful and intimate. Wolfard lamps glow and there was a nod to fall with a little, perfect pumpkin on the table. Consistent is their focus on locally sourced food with beautiful vegetables, wonderful meat and fish. Rarely do I find a delicious butternut squash soup created with no cream or butter. Every sip felt pure and healthy. Audrey was an excellent server, charming, graceful and efficient. It is lovely to have Chris Marie remember us and she can be seen all night helping out — filling in the gaps — so service runs smoothly. The Sole Meunière and elk tenderloin were superb. We had another lovely night! Thank you!
