5 stars to this phenomenal restaurant. My husband and I love to try new restaurants when we travel and this exceeded expectations. The food was amazing - true talent this chef has. 4 stars were given to the atmosphere as it was crowded and loud but the food was so amazing that this did not take away from the experience. 100% recommend Mirabelle!

What an amazing evening and a delicious meal. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and expertly served and prepared. One of the best restaurants in Beaver Creek.

2 filets were tough and grizzley. Owner proceeded to explain that that happens with grass fed beef and then proceeded to give a tutorial on grass fed beef while qualifying herself as a non-beef eater. Never had this indifferent experience before - steak should have sliced like butter. The owner was taken aback by our displeasure and offered to substitute a wagyu steak. Both arrived raw (bleu) when they were ordered medium and medium rare. At this point we refused the meal. The dessert menus appeared, and we chose not to have any. The owner came to the table and questioned why we were not having desert. The point was lost if they were for compensation as that was never explained. We did receive credit for one steak on our bill, but the whole experience was disappointing especially since this was the opposite experience from our first visit. To top off our evening, only 2 of our 4 checked coats were returned. After 10 mins 2 coats were presented that did not belong to us. It took another 5 mins to find the missing coats.

Unfortunately the experience was poor. They definitely don't deserve the Michelin recommendation. We were rushed through. The lobster bisque was good, the onion soup was flavorless. The elk - the meat was good, the wine reduction ok, but the rest on the plate spoiled the dish. The Dover sole was greasy, flooded with oil. The deconstructed tiramisu was not edible . We will not go back

I have been going to Mirabelle for 40 years and I love it. This might have been one of the best meals I have ever eaten there and I am so happy to see they continue to amaze. The foie Gras and onion soup were a great way to start. The elk tenderloin, steaks and rack of lamb are some of the best in the valley.

Food was excellent. Service exceptional. It was a lovely meal. The Elk tenderloin was perfectly prepared and the Dover Sole just melted in your mouth. Strawberry pavlova was a nice ending.

We love coming to this restaurant. The food is always phenomenal. Unfortunately last night our server was spread way too thin. We did not feel like he was able to check in with us or make sure everything was OK. We felt bad for him seemed like he had a lot of tables but this is unusual for this restaurant. It definitely affected the high-end dining experience.

This is a lovely restaurant. I started with a drink in the bar/lounge area. The bar has 3 seats, so the area is really a lounge, which has different seating options and a fireplace - very cozy. I was a single diner and this is one of the few times when I had a nice seat in the dining room (i.e. not near the bathroom or server station). The wine & food selection is wonderful. The best part was my server, Matt! Not only is he knowledgeable about the menu & wine selection, but he's very personable, and made me, as a single diner, feel most welcome.

It is a beautiful place and has some fantastic dishes. The server was very nice, but the service order was a bit off. Lobster bisque needed more cream...I asked and was told that people don't like that bc of 'fat' consciousness. (my response is ...do it correctly or take it off the menu). Lamb was perfectly prepared but arrived nearly cold at my table. My surmise is that it had been plated and waiting for a while. I love those crackers ~! The wine-by-the-glass list needs serious help. Overall, it is exceptional for the Colorado ski area's culinary offering. I'll be back.

We had a wonderful dinner at Mirabelle! The food was delicious (we had the beef tenderloin and elk tenderloin for entrees) and the service was excellent. They were very accommodating to having a baby in our group too! Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful restaurant with exceptional cuisine and service. They were also very accommodating to the many tables with young children and have a children's menu, which is very rare for such a fine dining experience as Mirabelle. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Great food and atmosphere as always and the service was impeccable. We got the chef's tasting menu which was amazing. I also got the wine paring which was an excellent accompaniment. My only complaint would be that when the bill came and I looked it over, I noticed that we were over-charged for the tasting menu. And the way it was charged was odd - separately as three courses so you had to add the three courses up to tell that the total was incorrect. If you don't check the bill and don't check each of the prices carefully you could easily miss it. When I questioned the bill I was told the charge was correct but they would adjust it so I was happy. Before I left I checked the on-line menu to make sure I wasn't mistaken and I also got a real menu to check the price again. I was correct and I had been over-charged on the bill originally. Otherwise a great dinner experience but always check your bill (not just here but everywhere as mistakes to happen).

One of our best meals ever while visiting Vail. The food was outstanding, the service was friendly and the restaurant was very romantic. We had the elk and the lamb chops. They were both cooked to perfection. Worth the trip from Vail. We will definitely be back next time we are in town!
