I was hungry for a couple slices of pizza so decided to stop at Pazzos in Avon. I sat at the bar and it took 10 minutes for a server to notice me. I ordered 3 slices of cheese pizza for takeout. When the boxed slices were delivered to me, I didn’t open the box to preview. I wish I did! When I got home and opened the box, I was shocked. There were 3 brunt, dry, sad looking slices (I took a photo and I wish I could attach). Needless to say, I’ll go elsewhere when I’m hungry for pizza.

Excellent food. Got a medium pepperoni pizza, garlic bread and mozzarella sticks. The crust was perfectly cooked and delicious, and the garlic bread was knocked out of the park. The mozzarella sticks were a perfect balance of cheese and breading. Service was fantastic, our server was the perfect amount of attentive and her attention to detail was great. Awesome atmosphere too!
I called in 2 large pizzas and a salad with my wife, 20 month old daughter and friend (repeating customer) on our Colorado road trip. My daughter needed a break so we sat her in their empty patio and took a couple bites before hitting the road again. A man immediately rushed out and yelled at us. “If you get take out you can’t stay. I got servers. Just take your food and get out of here!” What a gut punch. Other staff saw how we were yelled at and came to apologize. It turned out that was their manager! Safe to say my family will be skipping this pit stop when passing through in the future.

We had an unfortunate experience here. The service was terrible, the waiter got our order completely wrong and never visited our table. We had to stand up and wait at the bar to get help. Our kids had to sit without the right food for almost 20 minutes. The atmosphere is great but the rest of it doesn't make up for it.
went for salad and pizza for lunch - waiter was surly , italian salad dressing was inedible , when i requested alternative dressing, they charged me . pizza was overly cheesy , almost no sauce , but when I asked for a little extra marinara sauce on the side, I got charged for that too. Will not be returning.

The combo of Poppers, chicken strips, and mozzarella sticks were good. $16 for 3 of each. The fried things were crunchy and well seasoned. We got a ‘12 gluten free Aztec add chicken, the crust was a bit doughy in places. I should have said so, however I didn’t. We are taking left overs to cook it in a pan so we can cook the dough a bit more.

Got very sick after eating pizza from here. My stomach was so upset I was in the bathroom for almost 6 hours before I felt relief
