We thought we’d try this place because pizzas looked good. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this was just horrible. Unfriendly staff. We left before getting food as service was beyond awful . Please look after your customers!

Just stood by the please wait to be seated sign for 10 minutes as several waiters and bar staff ignored us. Others had been waiting from before we got there. The restaurant wasn’t even full.

Easily the worst pizza I’ve had in my 30 years on this planet. Domino’s would’ve been a better choice. Overall greasy and expensive, the only redeeming quality was the large portion sizes.

Got there at 8:30 on a Saturday evening place closes at 10. Ordered appetizers, deep fryer is off so can’t order any appetizers that require deep frying. Okay order dinner. Oven is off. Can’t order anything that is not a pizza. Seems like it’s just a bar after 5.

Long time local. I will not be back. Our two pizzas were brought out 15 minutes apart. The later being burnt. We were still billed full price. After bringing it up the manager said we should not eat out. I agree; we will no longer be eating here. Good thing they are not in the customer service business. The only reason they fillaly took it of the check is that the waiter mistakenly knocked what was left on the floor.a I'm

The girl who served us on Sunday, October 19th, was extremely kind. She spoke to us in my language (Spanish). I'm Mexican, and she was very friendly. She also took care of our table. The pizza was delicious; we enjoyed it very much. Thank you.
Placed order at the bar and took about 15mins for the pizza on a busy Sat night.

Incredibly rude staff only place I’ve ever been that said you can’t have your dog on the patio in the mountains. Of Colorado staff was completely rude. Unbelievable would highly not recommend this place to anyone. Also called their two other locations and they accept dogs on the patio so just the Avon one is the one that is poorly managed. Picture is the vail site thank you for being dog friendly unlike the guy store in Avon

Pazzo’s is family owned. Order one time from either location and you know, the people that work there, the quality of the food, the atmosphere, the whole experience. The pizza is delicious and the ingredients are top quality.

We ordered a chicken parm meal and they brought a sub by mistake. They brought a chicken parm meal an hour and a half after we sat down after the rest of the party was done eating. They brought the wrong salad and then when we tried to speak to the manager he said he was not comping the meal and stormed out and slammed the door without even trying to listen to the situation. We also had a broken glass for 1 of our drinks and the server couldn't remember any of our orders and had to re-ask multiple times. There were honestly so many mistakes I can barely remember. I rarely write reviews but this has to be the worst dining experience I've ever had.
The only saving grace could be the pizzas we ordered were pretty good. If you aren't getting pizza and beer I'd recommend stay away.
